- Luckywinslots is a big scam i just had a bonus game on burn em up i had winnings around 300 pounds and on my last bonus spin it logged me out with a error message saying unexpected error when i logged back in after few minutes i had only 60 pounds on my account so i went back on the game and it never went back on the bonus round i have contacted support and they said there was no issue please do not play as they are a big scam

The customer service is diabolical
- The customer service is diabolical . Chatted to one customer service guy . Asking about a bonus after I deposited £20 the promo said I’d get free spins . He said no you can k my get bonus on certain games but it did not say this . He replied .. WELL YOU Should’ve LOOKED IT UP online ! Then I decided to close my account so I sent a email to customer services requesting to close my account immediately I then received emails saying thank you for your request to self exclude which will effect all games on sites owned by us . Seriously I was so angry I sent email after email saying they better remove this as I did not ask for self exclusion . I then chatted to a customer services person in chat and she said because I said close my account as I won’t be playing on this site again she said they took that as a self exclusion ! I said there is nothing in my request to close my account that gives you the right to say I will self exclude . She said I will update your account as a closure ! I said I want confirmation that you have done this via email she said of course I’m going it right now and I’m sending you the email ! She did not send confirmation she sent nothing . It’s almost like I annoyed them by simply asking to close my account ! Self exclusion is something I do my self if I wanted not someone in a casino deciding to do that because I said I won’t be playing please close my account account .so I’ve tried to communicate with lucky slots the service is well below average and I decide to report them to the gambling commission for how they treated me and what they did to my account !
