• Ok so i won some money the other day and went to withdraw it but was told i couldnt use my debit card as it was new an i hadnt deposited with it before so i couldnt use it There is no option on the site to upload anything which i believe is purposly done as a stalling tatic to make people reverse there winnings So i had to use swift which has a $300 min withdraw instead which i didnt want too but had no other choice Eventually a few days later they asked me to confirm my kyc which i did as my withdraw wouldnt be processed unless i did Keep in mind im already fully verified and during the initial chat with support i asked if i could upload my kyc now so it wouldnt be delayed Which he declined and said i couldnt uplosd now and had to wait anyways I done what they asked and then a week later i get an email saying my withdrawal has finally been processed with a $50 fee attached This is absolutely disgusting I did not see anywhere about this fee They are crooks an i refuse to ever deposit there ever again So be warned they will intentionally try to scam you if you actually win and expect to wait longer payout times than any other casino Absolutely disappointed Ok so i see you guys tried to flag my reveiw and have it removed but it still doesnt change the fact i couldnt withdrawal with my card nor have the option to.upload proff of it plus if you read my chat transcript your see a part whete he tells me not to change it
