Surprise Phone Call
- Opened account two years ago; when I asked to increase my loss limit was told an email would be sent with their requirements but nothing arrived so I did not use the site then. When I decided to use the site for the first time this week after making a deposit and playing for 20 mins late on a Saturday evening I received a surprise phone call from one of their agents asking for documents and informing me a £250 per month loss limit would be applied in the meantime. Having sent in the requested documents Im informed my account has been closed with no reason given.

But was surprised when I was suddenly asked for more documentation and proof that I have the debit card when making a larger £4k withdrawal - despite using said card unchallanged depositing around £4k over the last 12 months. Instead of making the process easy Im left in limbo awaiting an email that should come in 24hours (like how can it take that long to look at a photo) and I have to wait to see if they reject the photo and with the weekend coming up and going by other peoples reviews its unlikely Ill see this money any time soon.Wish there was a way to speed up the process.
