- Would give them 0 stars if possible if anyone is thinking about opening an account with these lot donāt bother. Waited over 5 days to pay me out my Ā£400 winnings after depositing. Their team tells me they are reviewing my details all details have been sent. It states they will email an update regarding the withdrawal after 48hrs several days later no reply update or money received. Avoid at all costs.

- Truly abhorrent gambling site. Signed up via sign-up promo code from third party advertiser won over Ā£500 and theyve locked my account and wont acknowledge any emails. When you email them at support @ magicred.com which is the only contact point they have they bounce the email back to you as sender not recognised.They have a live chat you can only access through having an account which is a red flag in itself theres no way of contacting them and its crazy theyre allowed to continue business. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are scammers.
