• I’ve been waiting since 2nd Jan for a withdrawal. Keeps being put back into my account after every 60 days .. you won’t get the money.

• Would give them no stars if I could. Nothing positive to report since my previous post suffice to say that their customer service staff are hopeless and rude. • Found this Casino online and made few deposits from which i won 1200. Made a withdrawal and it is now a month when i made it. On live chat They said it will be 7 working days. Another time they said it will be 7-14 working days Another time 7-21 working days. So it is obvious that this is a big scam and they only take deposits as i guess Noone ever had a withdrawal from them. I hope karma will come back to them…

• Been waiting since the 12th June for a £200 withdrawal. The live chat just cuts me off and when I go back on it’s another name for the person in chat. They basically gaslight people by asking how they can help when the previous person just closed chat for no reason. They just want you to give up because let’s face it they aren’t gonna pay up. They always use the same excuse.. at first it was it takes 7-21 days for withdrawals to be processed. Once that time had passed they just keep saying they’ve emailed the department and to just wait until it’s sorted and I will get an email. Then they cut chat. I go back and another person asks how they can help and we just go round in circles with no result. Also check they haven’t changed your DOB in your account. They do this after it’s been verified and you can’t change it back. This way any withdrawals will be an issue. I have emailed to change this but no response as with anything else. Big time scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
