Majestic Star has fallen off greatly It WAS my favorite casino!

• The steakhouse resturant is still nice but the casino is boring and I havent won any money in a long time so I stopped coming I have not been there since early summer my win/ loss statements let me know how much Ive lost and ITs is not a good use of my time. I hate that because Ive been Diamond since the place open.

Cardiovascular Workout

• The main issue I have had with my last few visits are the elevators being out for months (Not Weeks). Scraping the back of my legs walking down the stairs. Machine buttons often not working. The environment has poor ventilation so your breathing in dangerous second-hand smoke. Other than these issues I make the best of each visit and usually enjoy the evening.

Awful experience.

• The Majestic has really gone down.The escalators have been broken for over a monththe chairs are so ragged and tornthe elevators stink.Good comp program but poor payouts.Slot attendants are great but other staff at cages and bars are rude and will ignore you if possible.I used to really look forward to going there but now only because its convienient.If someone comes around I will go anywhere else.

Overall appearance of the casino

• Need to update the overall appearance from the parking garage to the casino. Right now its darkdirty and depressing. Casinos are bright shine and sparkle.. The buffet is great good food wonderful service what else can you ask for.

Good casino

• Good choice of machines great priced buffet has one of the best steak houses. Non smoking floor needs improvement. Do not like fact that most of time beverage center no one is therenthere is no cashier for black card holders most go to smoking floor for those services and it is so smoky on those floors Im am coughing after waiting in line there even assessing non smoking floor you have to go through the a smoke filled area.

Gone WAY downhill lately...

• Gone WAY downhill lately...Several machines have broken buttons for extended time periods. People not playing are always sitting in the slots with the nice seats often even sleeping in them. Slots odd are horrible for the last year or so. Service staff is nice (housekeeping and servers) but other staff - especially management acts like your bothering them if you need something or especially if you have a complaint. Often very un-clean - full ashtrays half filled cups and bottles everywhere. Takes FOREVER for someone to show up if you turn on your service light even when its slow. Used to be clean and fun here. but the last year or two it has really gone downhill. The slots are vacuums that you cannot even spend time playing on anymore consistently. You used to be able to at least play a bit before losing it all - not anymore - you just lose it - and quickly. All sad - but all true. Used to b e one of my favorites.

Typical Casino

• A handful of friendly employees made the experience better but the overall feel was a typical casino...doesnt stand out from the rest. Offers are poor and keep declining despite increasing losses from each visit. Only the steakhouse has edible food that doesnt make your body suffer after you eat it. Cleanliness and air quality are below average and the casino floor looks very dated. An overhaul of the property and marketing campaigns needs to happen quickly or revenue will continue to shift to the competitors.

No host contact

• I do realize that hosts are an expensive resource to maintain but I believe I play enough to be rewarded a steak dinner once in a while. Yet I never receive any recognition about my play. And if I want to eat at the noodle bar before playing why is my past play not sufficient to earn me the points or whatever to get a comp for that place? It signals a lack of trust or confidence in the player when you require him to play BEFORE he earns the comp. Still overall I like Majestic and would come more often if it werent for my Ameristar host who keeps giving me steak dinners.

Ones experience will be unforgettable but not necessarily positive.

• You never know what to expect from the dealers. Some are friendly and welcoming while others seem not to care if you have a pleasant experience. Some dealers seem more concerned with socializing and engaging with fellow dealers and staff than attending to their job of dealing to customers. Carpeted areas are often dirty. Elevators are dirty and slow. Winning is very hard.

Great selection of games

• Great selection of games. Games that actually play I might add. These guys definitely are not amongst the majority of online casinos. You know the ones the ones you always lose on. I like the way Majestic has their website laid out. Very streamlined. • I stopped going to majestic casino because i could spend 1000$ there every time i would go and my monthly promos were 5$??Im not the only player that notices this problem either?Then there employes are worst customer service ever.They dont great you and make you feel welcome like the other local casinosdo.Then when you enter the parking garage it smells like urine?To top that when you go to the bar area when theres some one there they serve you in plastic cups??They dont have people to help you out and there money changes are always broken or out of cash.Just worst casino in Indiana like i said stopped going my money is spent better by the other casino who are more customer friendly .Majestic casino employees act like your bothering them when you ask them something.

Slots a Lot

• I am a slot and video poker player while the Majestic does have a good amount of new exciting games they tend to be extremely low reward for the amount of play. Video poker is same old as other casinos no double up options allowed here the new rewards program not so great as the prior one but hey something is better then nothing. food is good except at wing and things take a pass.. issues with slot help slow not enough people on the floors. great new valet parking. Promotions are getting better.

• While it has all the trappings of a Casino you dont have to look to far to see it is just a front. Poorly trained employees and staff make every visit an adventure. I do feel comfortable in the Casino sort of a big fish little pond mentality. But not the place where your made to feel welcome. The steak house is a Bright spot. and worth a shot. Wish management would wake up and make some long time needed changes in operations

• So I went there) while on maternity leave I began to look for work on the Internet I dug up so many things ... and stumbled upon an advertisement that seemed to be serious there was nothing to worry about. OK. writing. They answer me that the job is to place bets on a certain system in an online casino they open an account themselves and charge a first deposit of $ 500 !!

• I think its a little ridiculous that the reward system was changed with little to no information given prior to the change! And the machines seem to be taking more and MORE.. and paying MUCH LESS lately. the promo cash back rewards and comps... are a bit pathetic compared to the level of my play.

worst customer service ever

• they cut my promotions down from $15 to $7 even though im spending more money there. slot attendants are the worst ever. they dont acknowledge any lights at the top of the slot machines. they just stand in the doorway to casino rooms and chat with each other instead of walking around to see if anyone needs help. we have to go look for them. the tito machines are always out of order. most of the time there is only one cage attendant serving a long line of customers. slot attendants and security dont do anything when a customer holds 3 and 4 machines without playing them but wont let anyone else play them. this happened on may 31st where someone was holding 5 machines for about 2 hours and no one did anything about it. this place is getting worse every time i come here. will start going to Ameristar and take the $500 a month im loosing here to at least get better treatment.

• I like the slots at majestic but jackpots are minimal compared to other casinos because their max bet amounts are usually around 2.00. They have more giveaways then most casinos which is nice. The comps are not good you can only get one pack of cigarettes in a certain period of time even if you have the points.

• What a great menu! From the delicious appetizers including the crab cakes and shrimp cocktail to the chopped salad and onion soup. The steaks are top notch Kobe beef and the lobster and crab legs are always fresh. The chocolate lava cake for dessert is to die for. With outstanding service and the best restaurant manger in the midwest you cant beat it!
