- Avoid!Having same problems as everyone else sent documents said was accepted but now Ive won money and trying to withdraw it says need to see documents although nothing shows in what they want to see. Cant withdraw my money and chatbot goes round in circles and cant speak to anyone.

- So….can’t find the complaints process anywhere on the website which is a major red flag. I have £50 I want to withdraw I have previously submitted ID but just keep getting a - we need to see documents message. I have asked which documents and submitted docs - which have been returned as duplicate and am now genuinely stuck for which way to turn. - So- I withdrew after reading reviews and will admit I was worried but no issues. About a month later tried to withdraw again and this is stuck in the system somehow. Sent in additional ID I have emailed several times and attempted live chat been trying for 6 days with no response- a really poor effort

- I have used the site for a while now. Have deposited and withdrew with any issues. Now trying to withdraw and being asked for additonal information. Have sent this in on Friday it now been 4-5 days with no response. 3 emails and live chat which gets you no where. They currently are holding £400 of my money. Disgraceful

- I won £540 after a £50 deposit and I cannot withdraw my money. It’s telling me to upload documents which I have done. No confirmation my documents are pending or that they’ve been accepted just takes me back to the upload section each time. They are not responding to the live 24 hour chat and they are ignoring my emails. I’m concerned now that I have read these messages that I maybe won’t get my winnings 😟 I have used the sister casino sites such as PLAYOJO and won money and withdrawn money no bother so I thought this was reputable casino affiliated with reputable casinos such as playojo.UPDATE: I have increased the stars as I was paid the monies I was owed.
