Pretty much theft

• This casino makes it extremely difficult to withdraw even after providing a bank statement showing the deposit amount date account number and beneficiary of the accounts name the casino still rejects withdrawal attempts they ask again for proof of deposit. When talking to customer service they completely ignore you’ve uploaded a bank statement they request proof of deposit again. At this stage I’ve just close my account knowing I’ve no chance at withdrawing any winnings. This is completely unethical and pretty much theft.Just to add on this all documentation that was requested was provided but kept getting rejected then my account was closed and winnings forfeited eg it was stolen!!

You deposed for example 4/500 euro and litterely no bonus not even in the game you get something.
