One of the worst sites in the industry
- One of the worst sites in the industry. Absolutely shocking at how much this site crashes and always seems to be down. How can a site have so many errors? Numerous times I am playing a game and disturbed by constant error messages and whatās even more frustrating is that Iāve got on a few bonuses and the game has crashed and I donāt get to watch the bonus and have to trust that the pay out was was they say it was. Not one bit fair! Also all these errors and with how often their site down why donāt they look into this and change their software? Just seems so suspicious why a site doesnāt fix the issue. Hard to win on Mecca anyway let alone with the constant crashing. Starting to think these errors are intentional because how many people have lost out on a big win due to games crashing? Itās a good way to stop people from winning big saving mecca thousands of pounds. I agree with others on here that theyāre no longer trustworthy. Stay well away thereās better and fairer out there.

- I am absolutely sick to death of your site. So sick in fact I am seriously considering legal action to get you shut down. For the longest time now your site does nothing but crash I have put money on a game and time and time again I cannot even watch donāt know who the winner is (if even there is one or maybe one of your faves see below). I have also noted from the thousands of screen shots I have taken that you have favoured winners and new comer winners. Leaving not much chance for those in between. I am sickened completely sickened by how you conduct your site you are very very clearly biased. Having said that the biggest point is when you have a big game you kick people canāt watch the game and your money is gone. Not a trust worthy site and absolutely without a shadow of a doubt robbing gits!!!

- I just signed up for an offer on a game and they took all my details which is fine then they ask for pictures of cards which is fine but they lock me out of account anyway and ban me it looks like so Iām really angry at the data stealing there was no need for it. - This is not a bitter review because Ive had no luck quite the opposite actually. I play on a few sites and over the last fortnight my luck finally landed and I banked over Ā£3000 in different increments....none of which came from Mecca! Whether its Mecca bingo or Mecca games they play the same absolutely deplorable. Ive been a member at their bingo site for years and this is no word of lie the last 3 years Ive won zero! Not a quid or even a few pence on the bingo. Not a single line/share or even booby prize! So I stopped playing bingo and went to slingo again no word of a lie last week I ripped through 60 games at Ā£1 and didnt even reach the minimum award of 5 lines once. So I now play slots mostly but have learnt a harsh lesson with the Mecca brand it doesnt matter what you play on their sites its rigged to only pay out the bare minimum on EVERYTHING. any and every slot. IF you are lucky enough to scrape a bonus/scatter round (bear in mind its easy to rip through hundreds before youll see one land) it will only ever pay out the least amount its obliged to. I play bigger bass and this site wont allow you passed the 1st round EVER. out of all the sites Ive played on Mecca Betfred and paddy power are by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Bottomless pits and theres no shame about them. Please please dont join youll only find yourself back here in a month maybe 2 saying the same thing that everyone of us have said previously. Its utterly scandalous that they are still in operation and bankrupting many who most likely believe theyll have to pay out at some point rightly so in their thinking all the sites should payout something at some point but not Mecca. Its appalling and you have been forewarned. Spare yourself

Take your money but wonāt let you in
- Tried to join this site. My e-mail user name and pass code all ticked green and I deposited Ā£10. When I tried to play on the site it keeps telling me āincoeected detailsā. Tried resetting. Still wonāt accept. Been on chat asking for my Ā£10 back. Cannot get any sensible communication. They keep sending me reset instructions which will not work. Obviously my e-mail address is correct as they are sen ding reset mails. Would not give them the time of day. Donāt suppose y this company reads this therefore no hope of my money back. Even asked to chat to human but I was put in a queue. Too long a wait. Donāt even attempt. Their computer system is a waste of time. Wasted my time trying to reset.

Absolutely dreadful
- I used to enjoy playing on Mecca games but just over a month ago the game play just randomly changed. I mean I havenāt won anything on Mecca games for well over a month now. I really mean nothing not even the odd Ā£5 or Ā£10 here and there. I only play a few slot games and one of them is mining pots of gold and for anyone that plays that game will know that the multipliers build up and eventually the bonus round opens but the bonus round on mining pots of gold hasnāt opened for over a month!! In fact I havenāt had any bonus round or any kind of win on any game whatsoever. Theyāve dragged it out for long enough now so i think itās time to delete my account with them and stick to the sites that let you win something every now and then. Iām not a sore loser but zero wins zero bonus rounds for over a month is ridiculous. I play on quite a few different sites and Mecca games have become the worst. Really terrible. Just take take take. Not even the odd Ā£5 win for well over a month! Mecca youāve become terrible!! UPDATE:: I kept signing in to play mining pots of gold hoping that the bonus round would eventually land since the multipliers had reached maximum. Well instead of opening the bonus round they completely reset it!! So after over a month of playing the game and building up the multipliers they just randomly reset it all so there was no chance of having a decent win!! Itās not supposed to reset until the round has opened!! And to make matters worse they have been taking unauthorised payments from my bank account!! 5 unauthorised payments of Ā£10 each time!! Then they locked my account!! They have taken Ā£50 from me without my permission and they havenāt given it back! AVOID MECCA GAMES. They WILL steal from you.

Awful. They want your first born child.
- New customer and what a let down from such a big name. Iāve played other sites with varying degrees of success. The welcome offer enticed me to join. First deposit won nothing. Second deposited and I struck it lucky. Over Ā£100. Wasnāt gonna lose that when that could come in very useful so cashed out. Nothing hit my account. Tried to log in later and Iām locked out. 45 minutes wait on live chat I was told they wanted to verify my ID.. passport. Proof of address PayPal first born child etc..So I sent everything they asked for and a bit extra. Now I gotta wait. At least 72 hours apparently. - Absolutely shocking site possibly the worst Iāve ever been on. The company has gone downhill since 2020 I know they struggled with the pandemic and made their prices absurdly expensive in their casinos a lot of people donāt go to my local hall anymore as itās just ridiculous the slots donāt pay out and the bingo prizes are awful yet itās ridiculously expensive. Also their menu has even changed and is awful. Staff seem so miserable and fed up. I know they had pay cuts but the company is changing things for them to make more money theyāve become greedy and corrupt. Customers donāt like this. I know former Mecca staff and can say they are treated so badly. Mecca is definitely not what it use to be and as for online it is a total shambles. The site is rigged in favour of the house as most sites are however Mecca have changed so many of their games RTPs itās virtually impossible to win now. Ā£100 and youāll be lucky to get 1 bonus and even when you do expect to win pennies back. The games are set to not pay out too much. Mecca is unfair with its payouts you can put thousands in the site will take take take. I counted 269 spins before I had a bonus that was Ā£540 lost to finally get a bonus and win Ā£7. Absolutely shocking. I also have found lately whenever I play Mecca the site crashes CONSTANTLY. Bonus games are interrupted with a āinternal server errorā message which means absolutely nothing. My wifi and data are fine. My signal is fine Mecca staff try to patronise me and tell me the site is ok and itās my device or wifi but itās not. This happens every time latley the games crash and I have to reset on every spin sometimes I donāt get refunded the cost of the spin itās very frustrating. I have noticed the games crash and need resetting whenever I am doing well which is very rare anyway but on the off chance I do get a bonus or win something the game will start playing up and gameplay becomes painful and hard to watch I end up having to leave it and just withdraw my money. One regular Mecca customer I know who use to go often told me she won Ā£500 at Mecca and the error message came up she alerted staff and they tried to tell her she won Ā£5 instead she was not happy the manager settled for Ā£50 and told her thatās the most they could offer again she took it further making a big deal about it and was banned for life from the casino. There was uproar about this as this customer had been coming to this bingo hall for 20 years. It was shocking. She posted it all on Facebook and head office tried to silence her with an offer of Ā£100. How about jsut pay the Ā£500 she won fairly? Mecca makes millions out of innocent people who lose hard earned money and it canāt pay out Ā£500. Disgraceful. Mecca is doing a William hill and is conning its customers theyāve become nothing but a corrupt money grabbing company. Stay well away. After the things Iāve seen and learnt I keep well away. Thereās way more fairer and decent companies out there.

- First time playing played a good game and didnāt seem āfixedā at all. played for about 20 mins with Ā£10 that got me to Ā£60 then not long after that the bonus game hit and I won Ā£400 withdrew the Ā£400 and played the Ā£60. Came on here to read the reviews to see what withdrawal times were like and afree reading them I accepted the fact I probably wasnāt going to receive the Ā£400! However woke up this morning and it was in my account! Hopefully not just a fluke and the negative reviews on here are from angry losers
