- I really think this company is a scam. Ive been trying to withdraw my funds only to be told my bank is rejecting it. Obviously Ive been in touch with my bank they said that they are not rejecting any funds into my account. They also said if I didnt receive my funds they are going to investigate the company. Ive sent and received endless emails from this company but nothing has been resolved. If i get my money I will write a better review but as it stands at the moment I cant.

- Great site. I was a little dubious about joining megariches due to the number of mixed reviews. Turned out I didn’t need to worry about great selection of games and mostly well constructed site. Did get kicked out of some games with odd errors but was able to rejoin again straight away. First time playing and came away with a good amount of winnings. I requested a withdrawal and the money was in my account in around about a minute!!! First withdrawal per day is free but there is a £2.50 transaction for each subsequent withdrawal that day. Don’t want to get charged? Wait until the next day. Will definitely go back.

- Updated: Service is still poor. If you have used Apple Pay to deposit they make it difficult to verify the digital card so they stop you withdrawing any money because there is a closed loop. It’s a simple task to look at the bank statement I had shared multiple times that they asked for verify the card and remove it so the loop no longer exists. It took weeks. Having the same conversations over and over again with incompetent support staff. Eventually after escalating and writing this review they resolved the issue promptly but with no compensation. I still wouldn’t use this company! It is a shame though because the user experience on the website is good.
