- DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! You’ll never get your money back!!!!!I use many casinos and this is by far the worst I’ve used! They happily take your money. Yet decide to restrict your account to play or withdraw. I was already verified sending them passport images of bank card proof of address- but they decided they want more! They’ve had 62 emails from me with Apple Pay screenshots more bank statements screenshots of transactions to them but oh no it’s STILL not enough! They are impossible to deal with & do everything to prevent you withdraw winnings!

- Good casino Withdrawal is a bit of a pain and they charge you if you make a second withdrawal the same today.I would get your id verified quickly as otherwise after first couple of withdrawals is a pain to withdraw and obviously gives you time to lose winnings back. However they had verified my documents within 24 hours and paid out my £1300 winnings as soon as account was verified.

- Opened an account on Sunday morning made a deposit and now it’s Wednesday and I still have not been allowed to play anything slots they said my id had expired even though I had not even showed them any id at this point.There is no option for me to upload my id on the site so I did it through the live chat which they said would be fine.3 days later I’m still waiting for someone to look at my passport photo.Looking at the UKGC website I can see they don’t even need my id for me to be able to play.Absolute joke of a site the customer service is atrocious.As soon as the get there finger out and actually look at my id I will be withdrawing my money again and closing the account.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

- Held my money since the 22/08/2025. Let me deposit money and then held it. So many emails they do not respond just the same generic response every time. Had 0 reason to block my account but they still didUpdate:It is now 05/09/2025 and they still haven’t released my funds. They came back and asked for my passport even though I was already fully verified. They have so far asked for payslips bank statements and then my passport. They say they are doing this for regulation. They allowed me to deposit £1500 and around £7000 but they didn’t ask for anything then. I did win however. When I redeposited £1500 they then blocked my account can’t play with the money can’t withdraw it.I have no choice but to go the GC and issue a court claim. This company is demonstrating extremely bad practices they do not care about the player.I would avoid them at all costs.Update:Date: 09/05/2025Constantly sending me the same patronising emails. Telling me their team are working on it. I will be ringing the bank today to charge the transaction back. This company is a shambles I have over 100 emails back and fourth and it’s all the same crap. Avoid avoid avoidUpdate:15/09/2025Still no access to MY money sent them everything and I mean everything from payslips to banks statements to p60s. Have also raised a complaint via resolver.This company genuinely do not give a monkeys about there customers they spew out there T&Cs but it doesn’t even make sense. - ** nearly 3 week later email to say withdrawal has been unsuccessful doubtful i will ever receive my money.**Update now 9 working days and i have not received my money i was told it was being escalated and not heard anything since. Scam company.Over two weeks i have been waiting for a withdrawal and it not even a big amount of money just what i deposited when they said i had reached my loss limit. I never leave reviews with gambling you win and you loose. My withdrawal was approved last Monday the 4th and 5 working days later is not in my account. I do not recommend at all.
