Yet had to go through all of verification process again which has been a complete ballache sent live chat my ID yet looks like they have failed to upload so Ive had to do that all again. • Has a really scummy welcome bonus on MegaRiches. I deposited £200 as a start and was not able to use my bonus at the end of it until I wagered 35x my deposit lol.Ive requested deletion of the account now and will probably do the same on their other sites. • Total scam. I won £10 using the money I deposited with no wagering and when I tried to withdraw it they removed the winnings the additional £10 bonus and any money I had spent on the slots. Customer service is a joke. Do not ever ever ever use this casino - there are much better alternatives who don’t rob you. Having the score that they do on trustpilot says it all. • I’m afraid to say all of these poor reviews are correct I’ve had two cases outstanding with them for a number of days. The customer service although responds fairly quickly. There isn’t any substance to the replies. I urge anyone with any issue to contact the gambling commission but make sure you’ve logged a complaint with Mega Riches first. They’ll do anything to delay getting your issue sorted and use all the excuses.

• By far the worse rtp on slots on any casino. Ive asked to put a formal complaint in and for my DSAR as I had the same LUCK with their sister companies casino video slots. Ive lost just under £500 in 20p-60p mainly spins. Consistently getting runs of dead spins mounting up to 30/40 dead spins on the bonus. Recieved no welcome bonus aswell. • I signed up today made a small deposit won a little and then requested a £40 withdrawal to my PayPal account. There was a pop up message saying withdrawal will usually be processed within 5 minutes..... It wasnt. After a few hours I started to fear the worst after reading reviews on here.But 6 hours after requesting the withdrawal it landed in my PayPal account.I never submitted any documents for verification so its strange that other people on here have struggled with withdrawals even after sending various documents.My only explanation could be that I signed up to one of those verify sites a few years ago that some online betting/casino sites use to help verify who you are.The site itself is just as good as any other with all the slot providers.
