• Without doubt the most fraudlent gambling site out there. Shocking misleading bonuses with rigged slot games and massively fixed play. Totally monitored against your account to basically rob you. Have reported and make sure you also do not get scammed. Simply shows you that anyone can setup these kind of sites. Criminal.

• firstly the management is poor at the metro casino in Mayfair The managements actions are not logical for the membership. The customers lack professionalism. They prevent any customer without any reason just because they do not like you. One of the management members and this reason is not convincing. In any case I do not advise anyone and the arabic not to go to this casino! It is not worth visiting !

• The worst sportsbook Ive ever used. Their odds are shorter and I mean way shorter than advertised prices. Two quick examples 1st February 3.42 Sandown OCONNEL was a 7/4 fav Metroplitan offered 6/5. Galopin des champs in the Irish gold cup was generally a 1/2 shot.Metropolitan were 1/4. Not the only 2 examples their odds were shorter in every race. Dont know how they can expect to keep customers when they offer scandalous value. I didnt use their on line games so cant comment on that side of things.

• Avoid. Really wanted to like this site as the land based casinos are great. Signed up played and noticed the welcome offer hadn’t been credited. This is automatic with all casinos I’ve played with. A day later I went on live chat waited over 30 mins and spoke to an agent named Luca who quite frankly couldn’t have cared less. • Deposited over 1k over few months. Had a win not long ago 400 so i withdraw and they ask for documents. I uploaded them all then they asked for a selfie so i sent it.a week Wednesday they said they have it all and are prosesing and upto 2 days ect... 10 days later still pending. I was charged to add money into my new account then was unable to place a bet (presumably because I reached my limit with another company linked to this one unbeknownst to me) then charged to remove my money and whilst the website states up to 48 business hours I am now double that time frame and no sign of my money.
