Dishonest and rude customer service

• I used the live chat function as I was waiting on a resolution from the previous day where they were having issues with issuing bonuses. I reached out because I had previously contacted them as I had 2 bonuses one for 250 free spins and another for 75 that werent working. I received an email about the 250 and they were activated and I used them. But no mention of the 75 and they were not available upon loading up the game I was told theyd be available on. Dave on live chat was rude unhelpful and dishonest. He kept repeating that they had now expired so there was nothing he could do and didnt offer any explanation to what had gone wrong and why the spins werent showing yesterday on the game or my account but had now expired. Not even an apology which is all I really wanted to be honest mistakes happen but its how theyre dealt with that matters. He was so bad I requested my account to closed which he did do without even responding to me before hand.Quite possibly my worst customer service experience with any online casino Ive used. Definitely needs further training on how to deal with customers as it was very clear he did not care or want to help in any way.

They’re a scammer
