Dreadful customer service

• Dreadful customer service. They don’t even try to resolve anything. The gameplay or the bonus can just stop and be cut off.. so you will be left with nothing. If you win during promotion they just cut it off and you also get nothing.. doesn’t matter even if you send proof.. no one cares. I you try to reach out and you are right they just cut that off as well you you can start over and over until you just have enough and give up.

Had to deposit agin using visa then wanted statement with bic and iban on. Was impossible to get at first. Finally made withdraw. This time made sure to deposit with trustly and withdrawl to card. Wanted trustly bic and iban for bank which total against trustly t&cs proved i owned my account once more then they said they procseed back to my account and to withdraw to trustly no option available to withdraw to trustly to chose visa once more now they protecting it to the visa bank via wire transfer!? All that cuffuful and they process it a way the originally told me I couldnt do.

• firstly the management is poor at the metro casino in Mayfair The managements actions are not logical for the membership. The customers lack professionalism. They prevent any customer without any reason just because they do not like you. One of the management members and this reason is not convincing. • The worst sportsbook Ive ever used. Their odds are shorter and I mean way shorter than advertised prices. Two quick examples 1st February 3.42 Sandown OCONNEL was a 7/4 fav Metroplitan offered 6/5. Galopin des champs in the Irish gold cup was generally a 1/2 shot.Metropolitan were 1/4. Not the only 2 examples their odds were shorter in every race. Dont know how they can expect to keep customers when they offer scandalous value. I didnt use their on line games so cant comment on that side of things.

• thought id try this websitewhy not.....they rejected all my doubles and trebles etc and would only accept singles..alarm bells straight away.only tried a cheeky tenner on a sunday afternoon racing luckily only minor winings which i just literally threw away on outside bets so i wouldnt have to go through what i can imagine is a nightmare of a withdrawal process..dont bother.terrible terrible terrible site

• Deposited over 1k over few months. Had a win not long ago 400 so i withdraw and they ask for documents. I uploaded them all then they asked for a selfie so i sent it.a week Wednesday they said they have it all and are prosesing and upto 2 days ect... 10 days later still pending. Every time i go on chat they state they dont have a contact number and the revelnt team are on it.. then if you reply they log u out. Then say they dont save chats ect and only comunicate via email. If they cant withdraw because they dont belive its me i masewell contact my bank get the 1200 back cuz if they cant proove its me for.my winning supose u cant proove its me who depsotited?!
