Worried about withdrawal

• This is not a review as such. I am very worried after reading these reviews. I have just tried to withdraw my winnings (not really a win if you put it next to what I have spent) There was no choices of where I would like my winnings to be paid into. It just said Trustly****9774 I dont recognise these numbers as part of any bank cards or accounts that I used to deposit with but I did use trustly even though I had never heard of it prior. So since there was no other choice I had to choose this method. I have already uploaded passport. Is this a legit gaming/ casino site or have I just thrown my money away. I am willing to come back and change my rating either way just hope its upwards

• I really do not understand the fuss on the negative ratings. Yes the agents could use a little re-training. Are they a con casino? No theyre not several time Ive hit big wins and mega wins from 40p stake in slingo money train. And it paid out over x2899 the stake I was shocked.Saturday I placed a withdrawal for £500 first was declined not sure why. However the 2nd attempt was placed Sunday and hit my PayPal account today. People who claim bonuses are not added must be doing something wrong because every time I go to chat when my bonus has not been credited they credit it for me make sure you speak to them first before using and money deposited otherwise they cant credit the bonus.

• Deposited over 1k over few months. Had a win not long ago 400 so i withdraw and they ask for documents. I uploaded them all then they asked for a selfie so i sent it.a week Wednesday they said they have it all and are prosesing and upto 2 days ect... 10 days later still pending. Every time i go on chat they state they dont have a contact number and the revelnt team are on it.. then if you reply they log u out. Then say they dont save chats ect and only comunicate via email. If they cant withdraw because they dont belive its me i masewell contact my bank get the 1200 back cuz if they cant proove its me for.my winning supose u cant proove its me who depsotited?! Have alll managers names ect and repsoted to gambling commision with all screen shots of chats and deposits and withdrawls.

• Very poor customer service. I was charged to add money into my new account then was unable to place a bet (presumably because I reached my limit with another company linked to this one unbeknownst to me) then charged to remove my money and whilst the website states up to 48 business hours I am now double that time frame and no sign of my money. I have emailed asking and have had no reply…..

• Avoid these scammers at all cost. Customer support is an absolute joke and are no help whatsoever. Still waiting for a £10 withdrawal 8 days after withdrawing which still says pending. Couldnt care less about the money its the principle of it and how they just wanna rip you off.

On their website it says 2 business days to process withdrawal its been 3 business days still no notification nothing at all. • I am a gambler in a lot of casinos. I have deposited 20 pounds with Apple Pay it was accepted and then rejected. The money came out of my account but didn’t appeared on the platform. I tried again with direct bank link and they duplicated 20 pounds. That would be 60 missing from my account. I tried to use my card and the same happened. I was in shock when checked my account to realise the payments gone through but never appeared in the platform. It is a scam. I’m have tried to speak to them and all they say is that they’re trying to sort this. They asked me to be patient. I will now raise a dispute through my bank and then report this company for scamming people. Horrible experience

Very Poor

• They restricted my account and asked for a payslip after being a customer for months. I only deposit around £50 a month and earn over 28k yet my account is still restricted. I sent my payslip 8 days ago and customer service keep telling me that its 48 hours and that my payslips are being reviewed next. Absolutely wont use this company again as I cannot deposit or withdraw!

• Terrible site. I signed up for a welcome bonus. Nothing showed up. The games just take your money....they dont even pretend to give you any games bonuses or free spins. To top it all I tried contacting customer services which promises to answer your queries in under two minutes. I was left with no response. I waited and still nothing. No reply to be had.
