• Winning any game is nearly impossible but the bingo game is the worst one. It kicks you out right at the end of a game causing you to miss several numbers. Going to customer service with proof of any issues only leaves you more frustrated as theyll tell you the issue didnt happen and you wont be refunded for the game. Im also pretty positive that youre not always playing against other people. Losing bingo several times in a row (my longest loser streak was about 20 games) just isnt normal. Its not a skill game when your numbers arent called. Ive gone over a minute with no numbers being called its only a 90 second game. It used to be fun and you could make a few extra dollars not anymore. I usually average about 2000 to 4200 scores Id like to know how there are so many people winning with scores over 14000.

They then delete the hand history for the hand you complain about and refuse to give you the hand history for that hand. They stole about $23 dollars from me thats plenty enough. • I had a problem during a game I played. The Snakes & Ladder game would not let me move but one of my three game pieces on the board but my opponent was able to move all 3 of theirs. I feel like I was playing against bots but cant prove it. I contacted support only to be called a liar but without using the word liar but it was very obvious that was what they meant.

• They dont even deserve the one star they just got. I am furious with MPL pro because for the last almost 2 years I have put a dollar here a dollar there and every single time all my money is gone. I build up two or three dollars and its gone too. After reading all these other reviews I couldnt agree more with all of them the negative ones that is. These people are scammers and if you look them up they havent even renewed their licenses in the last couple years. Theyre probably two punk kids in an apartment somewhere because thats the business address is is some apartment complex on one website and another has a different address all together in another town. Theyre in India of course and if Ive ever wanted to go through a phone line and get in someones face this would be the time.
