• They dont even deserve the one star they just got. I am furious with MPL pro because for the last almost 2 years I have put a dollar here a dollar there and every single time all my money is gone. I build up two or three dollars and its gone too. After reading all these other reviews I couldnt agree more with all of them the negative ones that is. These people are scammers and if you look them up they havent even renewed their licenses in the last couple years. Theyre probably two punk kids in an apartment somewhere because thats the business address is is some apartment complex on one website and another has a different address all together in another town. Theyre in India of course and if Ive ever wanted to go through a phone line and get in someones face this would be the time. I am no beginner at cards bingo any of those games on their platform by any means and Im 47 years old. I know a scam when I see one especially involving simple card games. I dont believe youre playing real people anyways because its all too convenient how all of a sudden you have no money and you cant build up any money and Ive never made it withdrawal. I dont know how these people are still in business and if I knew how I would most certainly and happily put them out of it

I submitted multiple tickets all of which were closed without resolution. Then—like magic—the game finally worked only after I escalated the issue and threatened legal action. And guess what? I immediately lost both the free ticket game and the paid $50 game.I asked for a refund—politely at first. Instead of addressing the issue I was bombarded with copy-paste dismissive responses from a rep named Victor who repeatedly told me to “wait” or “check the helpdesk.” When I pushed harder and gave a deadline for resolution Victor went silent. Completely.This isn’t just bad support—it’s strategic avoidance. It feels like a pattern: deny access to high-value games then allow them only under suspicious circumstances and refuse any accountability.If you’re considering using this app—don’t. Their support is a joke. Their integrity is nonexistent. And their business practices are shady at best. • If 3 people pay $10 for uno and the casino makes $10 dollars per game then that alone is crazy. But THEN they have bots. All you have to do is join a game of uno and the person to the top left starts the match 99% of the time. And you go last. Ive played 300 games and I started once. So if you ever are on a winning streak you better never leave that table or lose service. Same with most of the other games. If your making that much money off of every game played then it should be illegal to also have bots. The only game that is fair is 3 card flush

• I wish I could give MPL negative stars. It is one of the worst apps out there. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my hard earned money on there. They’ll let you win then you’ll lose all your money in the matter of 15 minutes. If you withdraw your winnings YOU WILL NOT WIN A SINGLE GAME. Not even the lousy .85. If you don’t deposit money for days YOU WILL NOT WIN. The customer support chat is the absolute worst. They don’t help you AT ALL. I asked for a lousy .50 bet back because their awful solitaire game crashes every other week. I had to pull teeth for them to refund FIFTY CENTS!! Only way to withdraw $ is through Skrill (which is another joke) PayPal or bank transfer. I opened a Skrill account for them to close it. I asked MPL if I could change the PayPal on my account. Of course they said no. So now I have no way to get my winnings off my account. The email that the customer service chat tells you to reach out to is just as bad as the chat. Fortunately for MPL they’ll be able to keep MY winnings. After a while they’ll take away the free games. Then they’ll take away the .47/.50 bet games away. So then all you’re stuck with is $1+ entry fee for every single game… then they took away the free gin rummy that you can use your Ms with. And then when you deposit money they offer coupons for a % of Ms back. I shouldn’t have to use coupon to get money back in Ms and I definitely shouldn’t have to deposit a minimum of six dollars to get 20% back in Ms. What’s funny is the coupons I have currently on my app require a deposit of a minimum of $200. Now who the right mind would spend that amount of money on this god awful app? If ANYONE is truly putting that much $ on here just go to a casino where they actually value their paying customers because those paying customers are literally paying your paycheck. And then my friend got a new phone and didn’t remember her iCloud info so she had to create a new iCloud. Make a long story short she now can’t withdraw her almost $100 in winnings because MPL claims you can only have 1 account. So if you only have one account why would you let her make a new one? She emailed that useless email address asking them to close her old account so she can withdraw the money on here. It has been two weeks and there has not been one response. She threatened to write the BBB about it and they literally said if you threaten us we’re not going to help you and that’s all I needed to know about MPL.. please save your money time and frustration and do not. • Check this out!!! ‼️‼️‼️ I played bingo beat the score and got 3rd place “score 4620” at 1:01PM… I played again same game at 1:21PM just to find out that I am playing/versing myself because it showed my name at 3rd place prior to the match starting. Now this is where it gets interesting because it didn’t make sense to me that I’m versing myself. So I reached out to support while doing that I come to find out that they changed my score to 4650 from 4620 the second time I played. What that means is they are completely rigging the game and match and making it harder for players to win which means they lose their money. I also have video proof of conversation and matchs.Please be aware and make sure you record Every match because they are completely rigging this app.

• I have to say that I agree with all the other reviews when they say that as soon as you cash out a few times you start not ever winning again. This game is by far the most rigged that I have ever played on. The worst part is that they dont even try to hide what they are doing. Its so obvious when you are for example playing a 2 minute bingo game and with 30 seconds left on the clock you only have 2 numbers. How crazy is that? That doesnt even happen a real bingo halls. Dont waste your time. They reel you in with back to back wins and cash outs and then all of a sudden you cant even win 50 cents. Which by the way is another thing they do. • I wish I could upload screenshots as evidence. This game will rob you. I was loosing in three card flush with the same exact hand as my opponent. Example 8 of hearts and 9 of diamonds on the flop. I had a 10 of spades opponent had 10 of clubs. I lost 14.60$ on that hand and after reviewing my screen recordings it was one of many like this. They show the winners hand for a fraction of a second so players can not see their deception. Customer service ignores me they won’t provide me with anything I ask and give me round about answers that helps in no way. Avoid MPL
