• MPL cant verify my identity even with my ID. I get the same circular automated messages when i reach out to customer service and they close my issue without reasolution.I have been putting money in because I like this platform and I win but i think its because i cant cash out.Customer service is practically nonexsistant. I hesitate to remove the app because I hope it will get better as i continue to attempt to validate myself but after finally reading some reviews there is no longer any question... gone!

• Ive cashed out $50 several times on this game or even turn $15 into $100 one time so you can win on it but Dont think for a second that the games arent rigged You win its because they let you win but when you come back theyll take their theyll take that money back from you trust me. • I use to think the house always wins was an understatement until mpl took me for $50 of my own money and when I won it back they had me down to 10 cent and took that too! 3 days later I put in 2 dollars and recouped 15 but they took 10 back consecutively even today I just won $.30 on free play but after being up $4 it went right back to them taking again its no way I choose the tackle on the first pick for that football game back to back especially when Im gambling my money ill hit 2 footballs and cash out but hitting one and its a tackle is insane they took alot today alone

• Let me begin by saying this has nothing to do with a loss of money…I’m very upset with this company because when you pay the games…ie spades they claim you are playing with real people but anyone who plays spades would never make the plays this game does…it’s seems like you are playing against computers who compare their hands and play against you to intentionally make you lose…At first i thought well ok maybe it’s me but after many many games of them doing the exact same thing over and over …i realized this is rigged……. • Anytime you bet more than a dollar or two you lose guaranteed. For instance I played two games of crash skill for $10 each and the rocket crashed instantly both times and I lost. Another example is when I played a game of spades for $5 and on the first hand the other player/computer had nearly all the spades and scored the 70 points needed to win the game in one hand. Whenever you bet anything significant you will lose by a mile. Also theres no way Im actually playing real people like it says. I feel like Im definitely playing bots because theres no way real people would make some of the decisions Ive seen like playing into someones hand helping them win. This is a total scam.

• Garbage customer support. My identification failed and theres no way to fix it or get ahold of anyone. There is now no way to get my money. I moved to a different city and my drivers license still has my old address. The department of motor vehicle will not issue me a new one with correct address until my ID is atleast a year old which isnt until my birthday. So how do I verify and pass it?

• Recently ive been playing 3 card flush. Ive won and ive lost. Ive never been able to make a withdraw yet. I thought i just had rotten luck. Today i was playing a hand and they dealt the cards two players folded leaving me and 1 other i went all in so did the remaining player.all of a sudden all cards disappeared. I was told i lost. Never event turned over the common cards. • I have had this game for almost two years never been able to pull more than a couple dollars out of my wins. I looked up the company and they are in India. 1 dollar here in America turns into hundreds in a second world country. Please don’t play this game they don’t refund money if you loose internet service . I recently downloaded a new game that I play black jack . I won 52 $ immediately so I transferred it to my bank.
