Dont waste your time or money app is trash!!!
- This app is an absolute ripoff and scam! Ive been playing Gin Rummy for roughly 45 yrs its one of the first card games I learned as a child and I know Im good at it yet on this platform Im lucky if I can win 2 out of 10games! Ive NEVER lost that much in my entire life so I know they are scamming and its not random. Theyre full of crap just like playing their version of Sorry or chutes and ladders rather NEVER has anyone seen the other person they are playing against supposedly as its most likely a bot but never has anyone seen them roll exactly the same as you time after time after time so every time you move they come right out and kill you and you lose points while they gain and you lose. This app is absolute trash and I cant wait until there is a class action lawsuit against these crooks because Ill definitely be on it no good pieces of dog feces whoever runs this wasting peoples time and ultimately stealing our money. Karma will see you trust that.

Winning is nearly impossible.
- Winning any game is nearly impossible but the bingo game is the worst one. It kicks you out right at the end of a game causing you to miss several numbers. Going to customer service with proof of any issues only leaves you more frustrated as theyll tell you the issue didnt happen and you wont be refunded for the game. Im also pretty positive that youre not always playing against other people. Losing bingo several times in a row (my longest loser streak was about 20 games) just isnt normal. Its not a skill game when your numbers arent called. Ive gone over a minute with no numbers being called its only a 90 second game. It used to be fun and you could make a few extra dollars not anymore. I usually average about 2000 to 4200 scores Id like to know how there are so many people winning with scores over 14000.

- They used there software to steal your winnings from hands you win in 3 card poker. When you go to customer service with screenshots for evidence they give you the run around and a lie. They then delete the hand history for the hand you complain about and refuse to give you the hand history for that hand. They stole about $23 dollars from me thats plenty enough. Worst people ever behind this app.

They stole my balance in an unfair manner and didn’t let me even play the game using a random number generated algorithm. It was manual agent Automated Intelligence assisted maximum capped profit mega rigging as well as Manual agent Automated Intelligence assisted compounding profits mega rigging! The service was rigged and not as described to be what was promised. Which should have been a random number generated algorithmic result of games of chance. Instead it was manual agent automated intelligence assisted compounding profit and maximum capped profit mega-rigging. The item was combined with mega-Rigging which invalidated the purchase. I contacted the companies managerial agent representative and they told me they wouldn’t give me a refund for any reason and that their mega-rigging would stand as valid and that they would not refund anything to me. Zero Star Review!!!

Customer Service Poor and Unprofessional
- I had a problem during a game I played. The Snakes & Ladder game would not let me move but one of my three game pieces on the board but my opponent was able to move all 3 of theirs. I feel like I was playing against bots but cant prove it. I contacted support only to be called a liar but without using the word liar but it was very obvious that was what they meant.

- The absolute worst gambling app around. First you’ll get $1.50 in Ms free games .50 entry fee games you’ll start winning then all of a sudden you’ll stop winning you’ll get .25 in Ms no more .50 games no more free games no more games with the Ms everything is gone. - They dont even deserve the one star they just got. I am furious with MPL pro because for the last almost 2 years I have put a dollar here a dollar there and every single time all my money is gone. I build up two or three dollars and its gone too. After reading all these other reviews I couldnt agree more with all of them the negative ones that is. These people are scammers and if you look them up they havent even renewed their licenses in the last couple years. Theyre probably two punk kids in an apartment somewhere because thats the business address is is some apartment complex on one website and another has a different address all together in another town. Theyre in India of course and if Ive ever wanted to go through a phone line and get in someones face this would be the time. I am no beginner at cards bingo any of those games on their platform by any means and Im 47 years old. I know a scam when I see one especially involving simple card games. I dont believe youre playing real people anyways because its all too convenient how all of a sudden you have no money and you cant build up any money and Ive never made it withdrawal. I dont know how these people are still in business and if I knew how I would most certainly and happily put them out of it

- I’ve never experienced a more deliberately evasive company than MPL.For over a week I was blocked from accessing $50 Bingo Skill games. I submitted multiple tickets all of which were closed without resolution. Then—like magic—the game finally worked only after I escalated the issue and threatened legal action. And guess what? I immediately lost both the free ticket game and the paid $50 game.I asked for a refund—politely at first. Instead of addressing the issue I was bombarded with copy-paste dismissive responses from a rep named Victor who repeatedly told me to “wait” or “check the helpdesk.” When I pushed harder and gave a deadline for resolution Victor went silent. Completely.This isn’t just bad support—it’s strategic avoidance. It feels like a pattern: deny access to high-value games then allow them only under suspicious circumstances and refuse any accountability.If you’re considering using this app—don’t. Their support is a joke. Their integrity is nonexistent. And their business practices are shady at best. I’m filing formal complaints with the FTC BBB and Google Play and I’ll be sharing this experience across every public platform I can find.MPL has lost my trust my money and any remaining credibility.

- If 3 people pay $10 for uno and the casino makes $10 dollars per game then that alone is crazy. But THEN they have bots. All you have to do is join a game of uno and the person to the top left starts the match 99% of the time. And you go last. Ive played 300 games and I started once. So if you ever are on a winning streak you better never leave that table or lose service. Same with most of the other games. If your making that much money off of every game played then it should be illegal to also have bots. The only game that is fair is 3 card flush
