- Games are all rigged in various ways. Bingo is the most egregious offender followed by uno. I uninstalled after I couldnt take it anymore. At least I did get 10$. After that the games were so unbalanced it was genuinely insulting.I was literally beating the other player in a 5$ game of uno but right at the 10 second mark they play 2 +4 wild cards that I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY DIDNT HAVE PREVIOUSLY. WE HAD A +4 BATTLE RIGHT BEFORE IT I WON. THEY HAD NONE LEFT. THE GAMES BOT LITERALLY SPAWNED CARDS IN TO BOMBARD ME WITH. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.

How is this sh*tty sh*t legal
- How is this shit legal? Its so obviously designed to extreme detail in its devious & dastardly dog turd doused deflection of both: Ensuring games are largely luck based and conveniently dry up after any and all reasonably decent win. Even their newest game an 8 ball game is insidious. Shots are not consistent. Same angle/velocity one might bounce out erratically if youre betting high/might win. Its fraudulent.Letting you reach the fabricated goal of 35$ (in won currency)

- I have not been able to cash out for over four months. The live chat does not work and I emailed them at least 5 times with no response. Left customer response. Nothing I have tried has received a response back from them.

- Games are always freezing or abruptly ending and taking your money. Customer support will never claim fault and keep sending the same messages claiming nothing went wrong in the game. Thieves they are. Dont waste your money.

Will steal your money
- I started playing this game about a year ago. I would win some of the time and I was happy with being able to cash out something. You can only cash out $200 a day but you can deposit much more than that. They say you can only cash out $200 a day because they want to prevent fraud. If I win it I should be able to cash out. They know I am not a fraudster. The changes they have made to the bingo game are horrible. It has made it almost impossible to win. Since the changes I havent won a game. Also the players you play against have to be bots. Im a decent player but I never win. If you pay attention its the same bots always winning especially first place. I get close to blacking out a card but the game will always end with the number I need. Even then I am not sure if I will win. MPL is a scam game that use to be decent but now just steals your money. I havent played MPL for a few months now.

- I was playing cards and the game stopped working. I tried to sign back and it said the game was still playing and it wouldnāt let me sign in. It said there was a problem with the game and I could not play right now so I contact a customer support. I have a screen recording. I still do have a screen recording of the entire indent. Add a screenshot of the error message and when the game finally stopped I was Iāve lost $107. Customer service told me that I continue playing the game and I lost all my money and I showed him the report that the game could not be played and they denied that happens. They continue to shut off the customer service to me and then they escalated and then thought it was resolved But there was no resolution. There was no explanation to what happened. It said itās resolved aI finally talk to someone and they said that the money was refunded to my account immediately which it wasnāt I asked for a screenshot they said it was in the transaction history. It was not in the transaction history this game ripped me off for $107. I have proof.

- A few years ago when they started it seemed about as fair as it could get win some lose some. Lose every penny or win a boat load could have gone either way... now I would say it seems like you cant get ahead of your deposit to even be able to cash out. Dont recommend at all.

- This app is an absolute ripoff and scam! Ive been playing Gin Rummy for roughly 45 yrs its one of the first card games I learned as a child and I know Im good at it yet on this platform Im lucky if I can win 2 out of 10games! Ive NEVER lost that much in my entire life so I know they are scamming and its not random. Theyre full of crap just like playing their version of Sorry or chutes and ladders rather NEVER has anyone seen the other person they are playing against supposedly as its most likely a bot but never has anyone seen them roll exactly the same as you time after time after time so every time you move they come right out and kill you and you lose points while they gain and you lose. This app is absolute trash and I cant wait until there is a class action lawsuit against these crooks because Ill definitely be on it no good pieces of dog feces whoever runs this wasting peoples time and ultimately stealing our money. Winning is nearly impossible.
- Winning any game is nearly impossible but the bingo game is the worst one. It kicks you out right at the end of a game causing you to miss several numbers. Going to customer service with proof of any issues only leaves you more frustrated as theyll tell you the issue didnt happen and you wont be refunded for the game. Im also pretty positive that youre not always playing against other people. Losing bingo several times in a row (my longest loser streak was about 20 games) just isnt normal. Its not a skill game when your numbers arent called. Ive gone over a minute with no numbers being called its only a 90 second game. It used to be fun and you could make a few extra dollars not anymore. I usually average about 2000 to 4200 scores Id like to know how there are so many people winning with scores over 14000.

- They used there software to steal your winnings from hands you win in 3 card poker. When you go to customer service with screenshots for evidence they give you the run around and a lie. They then delete the hand history for the hand you complain about and refuse to give you the hand history for that hand. They stole about $23 dollars from me thats plenty enough. Worst people ever behind this app.
