Scam

• Monopoly go set group tasks to complete but allow people in the group to delete the progress made by both parties regardless of whether you have paid money to complete these tasks!! Leaving you to start over with someone else. When expressing my concerns to Monopoly go they could only understand my frustration but had no solution to my concerns. I feel they are encouraging people to pay for extras but have no safeguards to protect your rewards.

Customer Service lies to you

• I contacted customer service about the accuracy of some information about their events that I saw on their Facebook site posted by a user. They told me that the information was fake. Then I specifically asked about the next event that I had seen since I missed the one earlier. THEY LIED TO MY FACE! They claimed that there were no more events for the day. I logged in a few hours later. after spending all of my cash to find out there is the event I was asking about. I asked customer service why they lied to me and they basically said Oops sorry. If you havent downloaded this game but are thinking about it dont you will regret it. Spend your money elsewhere.

U really need to give us more dice

• U really need to give us more dice and more higher cards in the lower packs I really do love this game but I can never complete anything because I don’t have enough dice

I’m getting bored with Monopoly

• I’m getting bored with Monopoly. I’m about to delete my account. The thing I hate the most is people taking down my landmarks and then I have to constantly pay and pay and pay to get them back up. That to me is the most boring part of this game and I don’t want to play it anymore. I’m tired of fixing my landmarks.

Totally baffled by son’s suspension

• Totally baffled by son’s suspension. I have been playing this game for 2 years and other than it being stacked in the favour of the game providers with them trying to get you to spend money it has been a mostly good experience. However that has ALL changed and I am So angry! My son went to join me in one of the events and was suspended without any warning. When we went to all the trouble of contacting customer support we got a template automated response which implied he had violated their terms - we asked what this actually Means and had absolutely nothing back which makes any sense. We have had to research what it means on social media and apparently it is because he has used a special app to cheat or similar or bought too much from them to gain advantage or used an unauthorized sticker exchange app … I can guarantee that he has done nothing of the sort and has no money (he is 10 years old!) or alternative app loaded on his phone - he has made barely any progress in the game! … what an absolute joke this game provider is - how do they get away with this? Many People are giving them huge sums of money to play - We won’t play again and I would advise anyone to stay away from a game where you can put so much effort in only for it to be taken away without any good explanation!

• If I could give it NO STARS I would. My account has been suspended 2 times already next time they hit it my account will be banned. I asked both times what I did wrong and both times I was given the same generic answer. I played normally as I always have and never had a problem til they started this! Now if you get lucky and get to high in rank gain just a few dice buy to much or try to help a friend with stickers SUSPENDED OR BANNED. Do not download this app. It’s not worth the time and is no longer fun. They will just police your account til it disappears

• Account was suspended for no reason. I always play fair and even buy from in-app purchases. Never again - no appeal option is given either so you can’t do anything. It’s gone from my favourite game to the absolute worst!

• This company is the worst. They don’t care about us the customers no matter how many times the game glitches during partner events they don’t offer any kind of compensation when their game is messing up. Don’t waste your time reaching out to customer service because they never help

• This game is rigged. They suspend you for no reason. I asked why I was suspended they gave me a general answer oh you violated the game blah blah I talked to “customer service” they said they are looking into it. 10 hrs later still nothing! They don’t care. “Customer service” is basically useless. Rigged game. DO NOT waste your time or money

Do not get sucked in

• This company should have a proper appeal process as they suspend accounts unfairly. They are using the legal framework I their t and c’s to suspend via an algorithm . However they do not allow appeals and customer service is an absolute joke . You will spend a lot of money to progress and will run the risk of suspension if you get too many dice build too quickly fart too loudly pick your nose too often. These suggestions are as farcical as your suspensions .

Play at your own risk

• Apparently once you are suspended- accidental or otherwise they will not overturn it so play at your own risk because they will not help you. They only go by an automatic algorithm (no human reviews suspension/bans) and if you are just unlucky thats it. Would not recommend spending any money on this app.

Could be fun to play with friends.

• Extremely repetitive and tries to get you to pay for more rolls every 2 minutes. You can beat the game very quickly.

Mogo is a joke

• Mogo is a joke like everyone is saying you spend a shed load of money and the minute you decide to build at speed or complete your partners game in 2 days its a problem.I was banned for the first time for 3 days because I completed my album got 15000 dice and used them to build and progress too quickly for them. I sent dupes from my alt account to help me to complete sets when my dice ran out. There are people who have hacked the game and all sorts but we are the ones getting suspended and banned.This time out has made me realise how much time I was spending on this game not sure if I will bother with it again.

Biggest scam on mobile

• Firstly its not possible to complete most events and all the albums without spending money. This game is as random as a slot machine the odds are all stacked against you. If you increase your multipliers you will not land on anything of value. If you need corner spaces or railroads etc you wont land on them til most of the dice are gone. So many gold stickers now where theres no way of getting them even with trading. Now im hearing people being banned for being too lucky? Unacceptable. Totally rigged game to extract maximum amount of real money out of you (not to mention crazy expensive). I can be sitting next to someone playing and they have completely different prices. Add that to the 500 pop ups to spend money and add friends so annoying.

How the mighty falls

• Its a Great game far too addictive but its for people that want to spend money. If you dont you wont finish anything. A shame because it used to be possible to finish packs without spending. Also they are scamming you say Jawa chase is on but dont then put one on the board. Every complaint about glitches - well you might as well flip yourself off and save them the effort. A great game but the unfairness is the downfall.

Suspending and banning accounts for…

• Suspending and banning accounts for using high roller a feature THEY put in the game is actually insane. Be careful if you get lucky with your high roller rolls you’ll likely end up suspended. I wouldn’t even bother using HR. Customer service will tell you “we can’t give you any more information but you’ll get your account back at the end of the suspension” and then end the conversation without waiting for you to speak. Absolutely terribly run game and company.

• Pissed I was banned during the partners game. I wasn’t even playing at the time. I had just won dice and bought stickers to get the dice to play and I got some stupid canned message saying I was banned for cheating how the hell do you cheat buying dice and cards from the game. You people are retarded. So angry contemplating deleting the game. Why play a game when you don’t get to even ask what or why or how this can happen.

• Lemme tell you this game pisses me off and I’ll explain why you get say 1500 dice u roll the highest multiplier u get nothing not a damn thing but lemme roll with 5 multiplier that’s when u hit for everything this game tries its best to sabotage you then let’s talk about the golden blitz how is it the only time u get to trade cards is when they say and its always the worst ones im literally 5 cards away from completing the album know why i wont complete it cause its all golden cards have no way of obtaining any of them then lets get to the events i know im not tripping when i say this but this game has made it so dag on hard to complete a event i roll with the highest multiplier i get 600 lemme roll with the lowest one ima get the highest score im pretty sure this game has taken my dice numerous times i close the game with 3000 dice come back to 2500 explain that do yourself a favor and don’t waste time on buying any packs cuz ur gonna get the same cards over and over again.
