AVOID SCAM !!!
- AVOID SCAM !!!! They take your deposit and dont honour the sign up free bets. Then they make it impossible to contact them. They did something to my account where i couldnt even withdraw my money. There was a pop up box that was asking me to confirm my profession that would appear whatever tab i clicked on and prevented me from withdrawing my own funds. This company is SCUM and are linked to other Indian scammers.

- Worst site ever I have had more communication with my 6month year old daughter they said because I use d my partners bank card that I can’t withdraw my winning even tho I send a letter with confirmation that I can use card worst site. Do not use that’s why they are called monster.com rating of -1 star

- They scammed me I did a deposit of 76 euro’s and won 300. Now I have won 500 that is still in the account but Im not even gonne cash out Its a scam!! They just let my withdrawel dissapear and I received nothing in my bank account.

first good impression then let down massively
- Predatory practices. They let you sign up and bet but then wont offer the sign up bonus wont say exactly why. Will make an official complaint to the Gambling Commission. If you intend to block someone from having the welcome bonus at least tell them before they deposit or gamble money some sites do that and its fair that way. Wont recommend or use again. The website itself its terrible horrible to navigate cant palce a bet unless you try multiple times etc. Honestly feels like a betting site from 20 years ago it is really that bad.Will never use again.

Scam casino dont award sign up bonus
- I signed up as a new customer after seeing the £30 free sports bet promotion on their main page after finding the site on a Google search. I deposited as per the promo and didnt receive the free bet... instead received free spins which have to be wagered (irrelevant anyway as I dont do slots). I contacted customer service and spoke to Simona (in all likelihood not a real person) who (after waiting a very long time on the chat) said I didnt sign up through a valid link for the promo and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I showed screenshots showing that I had which she ignored and just kept trying to end the chat. So they advertised a sign up bonus which they dont award... a complete SCAM

- Crooked company. Let you join using a link for free bets. Then when you join deposit and place a bet no free bets appear. On contacting them they say you can’t get free bets as you previously opened an account with another ‘Progress Play company’ despite the fact they let you use the free bets opening bets link deposit place a settled bet. - Disgusting monster casino. I have been waiting patiently for my wining of £367 over 3 weeks I have provided all documents I have provided pdf bank statement in security support Instagram. When ever try to contract live chat no help. Some of them are not bothered to respond holding 40 minutes then cut off. Shame on you monster casino. - Won £1625 with bonus funds after getting 25% each deposit I put £80 on 4x£20. And it wiped my £1600 and replaced with £15!! Absolute scam even if you had to wager it 1000x better than nothing scamming you know what’s customer service was useless just outlined the T&Cs but no apology or empathy shown logged a complaint not like that would help lol stay away guys! There was no way to opt out the bonus either

- I cannot stress enough steer clear of this awful company!! After repeatedly uploading the requested documentation both via the document upload page and by email I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. They are ignoring my emails and even cut me off halfway through a live chat message. You have absolutely no chance of contacting them by phone either. After reading through other reviews I can see I am just one of many!!

- All you lot moaning and crying are obviously hurt you’ve lost can’t win them all. You win some you lose some that’s gambling but from my experience I won plenty of bonuses and triggers on features and the payout states 2 days but it was in within an hour. Can’t fault these guys.
