Still not paying out. Live chat requested a citizen card looked into one of those and it provides less detail than I have already given them. This is an absolute scam. then when queried they will tell you you knew the prize pool before you bought the tickets. I bought £4.80 of tickets won the game and won £3.something. BE AWARE. After a long complaint i got this response. I am truly sorry you feel this way. Kindly note I have only provided information that we have available. I sent them all id they needed but as bank is in my mums name but I solely use it as not able to open one I have used this bank account for years and always withdrawn from moon bingo to this account never been a problem or looked at I need legal advice

• An dreadful site. Avoid at all costs. Two days ago I requested a withdrawal and it still hasnt been approved. When it is finally approved I will have to wait 3-5 working days for it to hit my bank account even though my bank supports faster visa payments. Customer service emails take up to 72 hours to respond. The games are normally empty with very few bonus rounds. Once my withdrawal is in my bank account I will be closing my account!

When I tried to withdraw rather than been asked to validate my account uploading documents ect my account was just blocked. Took 32 days to get a response. I email and I get nothing. I’ve sent proof of id that’s excepted proof of address also accepted. I’ve sent everything I can think of from my bank but they want original card which was stolen and replaced by the bank. • I would like to retract the review as not wanting to rate this company but after 4 weeks they have now released my winnings and I would like to thank the Manager of this company to state they was sorry and I would receive the amount in 5 working days this was on the 10th July but it as now been funded in my account today on the 11th July.I think you really need verification before you allow new customers to deposit this would save less stress to us and yourself.Thank you for sorting this matter out
