- Not sure why the redemption process takes so long. Most casinos I play with usually approve within a day or two but so far I’m on day 4 of waiting for my pretty small redemption to be approved. - i won a fair amount and the slots dont seem like they have bad RTP or artificially lowered RTP as some other sites do (tsk tsk) AND they have every single Hacksaw which is so awesome... However just a warning to future users if you win a substantial amount (probably like 1500+ SC or maybe even less) they may demand you to email them pics of any and every card you used to purchase SC so I wouldnt recommend using any cards of which you arent in possession of the physical copies and I wouldnt recommend running up your balance too high just because something tells me they would give you an absolute runaround the block to redeem anything larger than 2500SC.

- Reduced daily bonus they take FOREVER for a redemption and are a bottom feeding site now. DO NOT give this place anymore of your money. I play at over 20 sweeps sites and this place is total TRASH. Many sites out there pay INSTANTLY and the others pay within a few hours. Complete and utter crap.

- Used to be a solid site but has really gone downhill fast. Daily bonuses havent been crediting to my account for over a month Ive had to email support daily to receive one due to technical issues that no one else seems to have. In truth theyve deactivated my daily bonuses because I havent made a purchase recently. Same goes for the free spins offer every week. They give me the same runaround response every time I email them too stating Just a reminder the daily login bonus (0.5 SC + 1000 GC) has three conditions: Your Sweep Coins balance must be below 1 SC.You must be subscribed to receive our marketing communications;The bonus is triggered upon login every 24 hours from your last claim; If you ensure you meet these conditions daily you will continue to receive the bonus automatically.. I meet these conditions daily and it does not make any difference. And although Ive been emailing them for a month straight they still reply every time as if the problem is me and they do NOTHING to resolve it in the long run. Im also aware of what theyre going to respond with so Ill just answer that too preemptively: No this isnt the same email I used to sign up at your crappy site. Yes I meet all of the requirements to receive a daily bonus and still have not received one automatically for over a month. Yes I am aware I must wait 7 days between claiming the free spins offer it still doesnt credit automatically. - Check your play-through. I had not noticed it but I have a play-through of 3560.47 SC on 208.17 SC. I think this extreme play-through is from collecting dailies but I am not sure.Besides this I was wondering why my play-through wasnt decreasing and reached out to support. They said the play-though must be done on slots.Had I seen this I would not have made two purchases on their website.

Long redeem time
- I really thought this was going to be one of my favorites super deals great games and responsive customer service. BUT I put in my redeem on 10/23 and still have not received it. Very disappointed. I was so tempted to play again on their site but I will not put another penny into moon spins until I see about getting my redeem and how long it will end up taking. Ongoing Issues with Daily Login Bonus and Poor Support Response
- I’ve been using this site for several months but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The daily login bonus is supposed to be 1 SC yet each day when I log in the rewards section displays “nothing to show here.”As a result I’ve had to contact support daily to report that I didn’t receive my bonus. Instead of resolving the issue my daily reward was eventually reduced from 1 SC to 0.5 SC. Despite repeated assurances from support that the problem would be fixed nothing has changed.After months of the same issue and now a reduced reward simply for following up I’ve decided to stop using this site. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these ongoing issues for future users.

Possible identity theft and horrible redemption process
- So Ive recently bought a few of special offer packs that were offered to me in their store. I ran it up enough to cashout and filled out the redeem. It took them a week just to ask for more card information so I could verify that I own the card so that I could get the redemption then next thing I know Im getting charges from that same card I did not make. This could be a coincidence and someone else hacked my card info but its very suspicous and I wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem. Someone hacked my card at the same time I bought into moonspin.us. Now I had to cancel the card and I cant redeem. The redemption process is terrible. I would not recommend this site to anyone there are many better places to play.Edit: Now my cards arent available for withdraw and I cannot link my bank account for withdraw. It is almost impossible to withdraw on this website just because of the redemption criteria. I would not recommend this website to anyone because of the redemption process and possible fraud.

- I’m giving two stars because I like the promotions! Decent discounted packages are usually available for$19.99 (25 sweeps and 20 free spins). My issue is I completed my KYC verification 6 months ago. Why does it take so long to process redemptions? I gave all my information upfront (identification bank statements debit/ credit) to prevent a delay. I submitted my redemption request for $200 on 10/24/25. It’s been four days and it’s still pending. I should have read the reviews first!
