• This online casino dont deserve even 1 star....Verification sucks...My account was already verified since june and got my first withdrawal this Oct 20 and when I made another withdrawal the day after they asked me for another verificationwhich until now they dont accept my documents without even telling me whats the problem.They did asked me for bank statement with the deposit on that day which I comply but still they dont accept it until now.

• Do not play this site. Reading some fake reviews the last week about same day verification and withdrawal is all false. They take 3 to 4 days to even look at your documents to reject them for you to have to send through more and have to wait another 3 to 4 days to be looked at and rejected again. 3 weeks I waited for documents to be verified. Which kept coming back rejected they dont tell you what was rejected. I gave up in the end and told them to close my account. They muck you around so that you will spend your funds. • So I enrolled 4 years ago and have made 100s of deposits and just recently won. I have a you tube channel and my followers wanted me to do a review on Mr. Bet. Here goes..... back in August of 2023 I filed a name change. They of course have no record of it and are accusing me of breaking rule 3.1.3 by registering with false information even though I just got married. Apparently they are not trained on name change legalities. The have also taken over 2 weeks to verify my documents and have accused me of sending screenshots when you can clearly see all 4 corners of the document in the photo. So they wont change my name and they cant verify my documents without a name change so I guess I kiss my winning goodbye. Very good of them to take the money from my bank account when the name didnt match but wont pay me my winning. They either have 4 year olds working for them or they do not care about their players. I would say its the latter of the 2. Rude unhelpfull customer service robots who will do anything to get away with not paying you.
