- This is the wrong place to win! They will make u regret it waiting for your withdrawal keep promising it will be accepted directly but when they say directly they mean 4 days since i won Thursday and according to the 4th employee in their support chat they do not view it during the weekend. So 4 days (if they accept it on Monday) and then 1-2 days from the bank since they do not use Swish! Congratulations worst betting experience by far in Sweden the past 10 years!

Good Roulette tables
- Its one of the better casinos. They have a great variety of slots and tables. Customer service more often than not is slow and sometimes I had to wait for withdrawals days. When you get hold of a support agent they are usually kind and understanding but that doesnt make the experience much better if you just want a withdrawal. Deposits work fast though :) in genereal I think they have a good win rate and I recommend betting at there Roulette tables they seem to be generous and giving.

- I attempted to withdraw. I then received an email asking me to login to change my withdrawal method to bank account. I then tried to login but was prompted with the following message: your account has been blocked. So this company has stolen my money breaking many UK gambling regulations in the process. They are evil and UK Gambling Commission needs to grow some teeth and get stuck into these thieves.

- These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

- Signed up and deposited money placed a bet and account became blocked and was asked to verify - had to send in ID bank statements pictures of my card and a photo of me holding my ID. All documents been accepted however after sending 4 photos of my holding my ID they keep sending emails saying they have not received it. Customer service are terrible and no one knows what is going on. Unable to withdraw and close my account until this is resolved. Avoid this company and stick to bet365.

Low reward for what you put in money grabbers
- Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldnt waste any more money on.I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they dont try this underhand tactic.

- If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously don’t know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! And now I have a case already for a month and everytime I write them they say they will pass it on for the relevant department.
