😞 I made a mistake in my last review
- I made a mistake in my last review 😔 and am not proud of it Mr Vegas I do apologise as I had provided incorrect information 😞In my previous review I had stated that you were previously fined £1 Million by the gambling commission before your most recent fine of £650000 ...I now see that was incorrect and I am truly sorry for that 🙏✌️But I will correct this mistake now...You were actually fined £2 Million previously before your most fine of £650000 which makes your total fines to date £2.65 Million!!!I mean at this point..forget being the Gambling Commissions best customer you are literally their personal ATM 🏧 💰You had mentioned in your most recent reply to my last review that you were proud of the changes that you had made in social responsibility and anti-money laundering. But heres the thing which I cant understand how can you be proud of the changes in these areas if you were fined twice to the tune of £2.65 Million for the exact same failures? This doesnt seem like you were making any changes or that you even wanted to change instead it actually seems that you enjoy getting man-handled by the gambling commission.So to summarize: you were fined twice to an astonishing £2.65 Million for the exact same offences which include social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. What this basically means in simple terms is that you allowed at-risk customers to keep depositing ludicrous amounts of money without any checks or intervention you also failed to gather SOFs from customers who were depositing unusual sums of money in short periods of time without understanding where this money came from. I also wanted to explain why you are charging for withdrawals above one a day. Its actually quite brilliant really and falls down to psychology let me explain. The longer a customer plays on any casino game the higher the chances that they will lose their bankroll (this is a mathmatical certainty). What you are brilliantly doing is forcing the customer into a conundrum they either have to spend their money on the games or spend money on a withdrawal to a gambler this is a clear choice spend on the game to win more..this is one of your failures social responsibility would dictate that you provide a free all round withdrawal system regardless of how many transactions as it would ensure the player could secure some of their wins.I mean..Mr Vegas.....Comeon.....lets get real here.......are you really and truly sorry for your failures? I think everyone here deserves an apology from you

- I was looking for a new casino to sign up to and nearly registered to MrVegas. After having read multiple reviews on trustpilot about withdrawal fees customers complaining about fairness and the most worrying that review about their recent fines its safe to say I will not be considering MrVegas now or in the near future.

- Decided to try Mr Vegas... What a BIG mistake!! Deposited juts over £480... Highest win 14p bonuses ZERO spun over 450 times!!!Absolute scam!But they will say it uses a RNG and they follow the rules etc.Dont think Ive ever spun that many times and not had a bonus Account closed!Id rather play somewhere thats fair and legit.Gaming commission has had a email from me already site needs investigating

- I am waiting to receive my withdrawal for 3 days but they are asking me to provide statements after all my documents are verified theyre need a statement when I purchased the voucher but I bought the Neosurf voucher at local shop by cash and I deposit to them I try to explain and send the vouchers details but they still disappove my withdrawal for 6time without reason or explaining from them.

- Stay clear. Absolutely atrocious site. I have played on most sites some good some not so good and some awful. This site has shown me new levels of pathetic. Levels of pathetic that I didnt think were possible. New info... I thought I might have been a bit harsh so I give it another go... I wasnt being harsh enough. - Verification was a bit of a pain having to upload 5/6 different things became very tedious and annoying but besides that I find the site up there with the best. I’m pretty sure they nearly have every slot you can think of plus you get money back on Friday which is an added bonus playing them. A massive selection of different football leagues.
