• DO NOT use this site. Absolute scam artists of the highest nature. I’ve played online casinos for 20 years and nobody comes close to how corrupt this lot are. They are the same company as Videoslots so I should have known they’d be dodgy. I’m currently trying to communicate via both websites and their ‘customer service’ to get my deposits back from the Mr Vegas site. This company immediately suspends your account once you’ve deposited making it impossible to then withdraw your OWN MONEY. Cannot get through to anybody via live chat. I’ve emailed them at their support email address but after reading several reviews I’m now expecting a drawn out battle just to get MY money back. I’ve been a member for 2 days. AVOID at all costs. West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield Wednesday should be ashamed they have these scammers sponsor them. If they reply to this review that will be more than they’ve done via email or live chat.

This site will take an age to verify your documents but will allow you to deposit.If you continue to use the site they allow you to keep depositing then randomly say your no longer verified and wpnt let you withdraw. They also take away your bank details so they wont allow manual payments.

Best Online Casino By Far!

• My issue was promptly and effectively resolved by Christian which I wholeheartedly appreciate. Overall I’ve been playing with Mr Vegas for almost a year and I can say that they are definitely one of if not the best online UK casinos out there. They offer a wider selection of games than most other providers and the customer service is always spot on. I don’t believe 100% that all the negative reviews are entirely true with some just being written by individuals to throw negativity at the business and to tarnish Mr Vegas’s reputation.
