• Stay away from this company. I have tried to withdraw a small amount for the last few days. They tell you your withdraw has been accepted then take a few hours to then tell you its been declined. They can only withdraw to an account that the deposit was made ( I only had 1 account on record) there online support and live chat is completely useless so stay clear.My worry is they are advertising all over on channel ITV2 so I fear alot of people my suffer the same as me. Customer service Lacking

• Update 2UpdateThey were adamant in the live chat they wouldnt return my money.They returned my £10 today as I can see in my banking app.This should never have happened in the first place as you customer support is lacking and i would never had written the review I did if you just returned the £10 I deposited.Customer for 4 monthsDespoited £10 and then a message came up asking for verification. I said I could provide all documents passport bank statements and bank card but there was 1 bank card I used 2 times which i did not have anymore.They said the wanted me to go to the bank and ask for statements for a closed account which Im not easting my time to do.I asked to close my account and return the £10 which i deposit they said they wont do it without the card i dont have.In there terms and conditions it says if they block or close an account the money which is in the account returns to the same card which you deposited with.
