- I deposited several times. Sometimes I lost sometimes I won. Lately I started winning good and they immediately asked for my response to safergaming queries. I didnt mind because I had always been in control of my gaming. The weird thing was they asked for this just after making a couple of withdrawals. I was OK with safergaming teams concerns and kindly answered all questions. Then they replied me back saying my account is closed because I am sharing my account with someone else. I was like WTF ??? Then I realised that this is because of what I wrote below.I didnt mean that I share my account with my wife!! Are you guys out of your minds? My wife even doesnt like playing games. Otherwise she would be capable of openning her own account and play right? What I meant was that she sits next to me has a sip of wine watch TV and join my joy whenever I win..This website would be full of excuses or requesting more and more docs or giving lame reasons whenever you win and request withdrawal. Be careful!How are poeple supposed to feel comfortable and confident whilst playing when in mind they would know about this fact? Stay away..Regarding playing I would like to inform you that we play together with my wife. It is a fun activity for us generally on weekends.

- MrQ used to be one of the better sites for casino and likes to pride itself on that but its now like all the rest its as bad as coral and ladbroke now. Poor returns. Only 2 bonus reels come up every single game you play and that stupid screen shake they all do like its supposed tp be exciting when both the companyand the player already know itll be 2 like always. instead you get the crappy pots that build up to pretend like youre winning something and rarely explode/tip and when they do its Poor £60 on..50p bonus win. Every time it always the lowest win 50p. Or multipliers that only activate on 5ps. Guves you all these features but when youve activated them they rarely come up and when to do its when theres nothing to collect streak. Maybe when 5ps come if youre lucky and it wont go over £2. And dont even get me started on the goonies game in all my years of playing Ive never seen a slot game as bad as that. No wonder its always on the promotions nobody plays it. Could write more. Not gonna waste my time Ill speak with my pockets instead. Took the fun out of the game like all the other casino sites just eats your money. And dont even reply to me about luck its too preidctable to be luck I know better. Same old excuse used by the others. Gamers are told to be responsible maybe casino sites should to but at least not gas lighting people.

- UPDATED: Ive spoken to Trustpilot about MrQs botted five-star reviews while they keep flagging genuine negative reviews en masse daily and hopefully this will be addressed. Scroll through a few pages and youll see what I mean. The AI still posts a response to negative reviews with copy-paste sentiments regardless of the instant flagging and claims MrQ isnt doing it but Trustpilot confirms its them every time. It will ask for details even if you decline and cant read between the lines of issues raised. I strongly urge customers to avoid MrQ as they currently use ClearStake to fully access your online banking and transactions - even if you fully comply with these requirements youll still have to send the standard documents and potentially wait weeks/months anyway. Think the attempts of Digital ID in the UK but the gambling equivalent.Because the snarky review responses are AI they keep claiming you dont need to hide the card details but this isnt true. Fortunately I was able to get ClearStake scrubbed from my banking app with help from my banks fraud team.As a former fan of MrQ I can confirm the payouts have dropped tremendously - they frequently quote a high RTP percentage but as many may know this means little and is a theoretical figure based on near-infinite spins and would be nowhere near 96-98% for real as many customers soon find out. Other casinos give you more perks to balance out slightly lower returns but here you get next to nothing and still receive less payouts on average.I had to get a slot provider involved when MrQ refused to honour tournament winnings of £105 during a promotion but received this after escalated complaints and a month of waiting. The regular promotions amount to either nothing or a few pennies regardless of how much you deposit or wager and arent worth mentioning. - I decided to give this site another try after taking a break but sadly nothing has changed. The payouts are still extremely poor with endless dead spins and when you finally trigger a bonus it often pays less than £1. It really doesn’t feel fair or enjoyable to play here.What’s even more disappointing is that they no longer seem to offer the highest RTP versions of new slots most are now around 94% or lower.
