Dreadful verification wait times.
- Having got married and not played on my account for some time I needed to update my surname. I contacted customer support and sent over the requested documents. Three days later I go onto my account to deposit and I cant deposit. I then once again chat to support who advise it takes 5-8 days just to make a simple change like updating my surname and until that is done i cant deposit. In what world does it take 5-8 days to make such a simple change and thats when they dont owe me money. I posted my ID to my bank to change my name and they posted it back quicker than MRQ can do it. I literally dread to think how long MRQ takes to verify documents if they owe you thousands it actually puts me off gambling with them.

- I would like to take the time to respond to MrQs recent reply to my last review. But first I think its important to know that MrQ had flagged my last review as defamatory 🙂↔️🤔Not to worry though as I just received the good news from Trustpilot that my review was in fact not defamatory and will stay posted nice try MrQ! 💩Right with regards to their reply to my last review they state that all their games run using a RNG (random number generator) this also applies to live dealer blackjack.In live dealer blackjack a truly fair game would mean a live shoe of cards (usually 8 decks) and a 50% deck penteration (awful but thats the industry standard). The game outcome would depend solely on randomness. What MrQ is saying is that the outcome for live dealer blackjack is determined by RNG! This basically means that the outcome of every hand is determined by a random number generator (remember RNG is software). If software is used in a live dealer blackjack setting to determine the outcome of every hand coupled with the fact that their gaming provider has confirmed digital overlay is used on physical cards then how can this be truly fair?! MrQ has already inadvertently confirmed that the live dealer blackjack is actually not so live by stating that the results are determined by computer software (a RNG). At this point it makes you wonder if you are playing at an actual casino or if you have slipped into a drain..I mean the matrix.Oh I find it very funny that since my last review I saw a flourish of line liner reviews ranging from excellent to great 😃..whats strange about these is that the majority of those reviewers have only ever reviewed MrQ 🤔And as we are on the topic of tis the season to remind gambling is not about luck as it is mathematically stacked in favour of the house via house edge. I hope that you change in 2026 MrQ 🙏🤲I mean your fines and advert bans in the past have made you look both silly and untrustworthy. ✌️☘️

Because when your in such a losing streak since February with about 2k in and nothing back youd expect a win to be honest but not at mr q the rtp is not what it says and the reviews are fake dont be fooled! - Well Im a newbie to MrQ. Did my first deposit in July 2025 then my second and third...anyway you get the idea...£430 in deposits on the same day and nothing to show for it. So I left the site alone for a while. Exit stage left.Came back to it today....£600 in deposits and nothing to show for it ! Played the same slot with a rtp of 94.5% apparently Id be surprised if I even saw that happen. So would I recommend based on how much I feel robbed NO! definitely not. - Completly unacceptable . Made hundreds of pounds worth of deposits no issues . Made a withdrawal (was less than my deposits ) problems . At first I.D card details fine no issue all sent then it was bank statements which I sent . They actually tried to send me the money it bounced back not 100 percent sure why something to do with the Apple Pay . So was told they need anouther bank statement I sent this . Still no withdrawal this is becoming a joke it’s been well over a week I email them it takes a whole day to reply and then it’s something else . Had more than enough information to send the money . I havnt hear from them for nearly 24 hours try the live chat they don’t no because it’s not there department so what’s the point ?? Absolute joke the timeframes to reply to emails to look at documents and to send me the withdrawal .
