• All these good reviews must be fake . This casino is absolutely awful. I’m fully verified there they won’t cash you on big wins. If you on win a few hundred dollars then yes they will pay you. But as soon as you try to withdraw large amounts say 5000 or 10000 they basically refused to withdraw it. They just give you excuse after excuse after excuse telling you you just have to wait and then when you email about it they don’t reply when you get them on the chat as soon as you tell them what you’re asking about they give you some generic message saying that no one‘s available They are such liars. It’s unbelievable. Yesterday I tried to cash out 7500 but they wouldn’t do it for me. Then they try to make up for the hassle by giving you some stupid cheap bonus with crazy whaling requirements. • I deposited $100 and played it up to $700. When I tried to withdraw I was required to verify my profile.I scanned my photo ID completed the live photo check sent a picture of the front and back of my bank card submitted a bank statement for one of my Visas my Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency my notice of Child Tax my GST tax credit notice my debit card bank statement and uploaded all of these documents numerous times. None of it was considered good enough.I eventually managed to get my profile verified and submitted a withdrawal request only for it to now be 12 hours later. I have contacted support numerous times and keep receiving the same copy-and-paste response over and over again.They state numerous times on their website that withdrawals are instant. When they were rejecting my withdrawals it was pretty much instant. Now all of a sudden it’s taking hours and hours. The last agent I spoke to now says it could take up to 7 days in some cases.This is the message they keep sending:All the withdrawals are processed by our financial team manually. • Referal program was a big mistake. The system provided me a referal code and I had a friend sign up and follow my link and make the deposit required. When I looked at my account again it stated that my account was not eligible for referrals. It would appear I was required to make a deposit of 30$ prior to being able to make referrals. The CSR advised me that it was the first thing stated on the referal program. This is how its stated invite new users Get$150 Bonus per referral the referral must make their first deposit to qualify I take that as meaning the person I referred needs to make the deposit in order for me to get the bonus as I consider myself to be the referrer. Anyways after discussing the matter with the CSR Agatha I questioned if I could make the deposit to honor it (no the referal would no longer be valid) or if my friend could cancel everything and redo the process after I made a deposit which I figured would be unlikely and that was a no as well. I will admit I was being a bit difficult yet remained kind as I tried to work through a resolution however Agatha instead chose to simply end the chat. When I was placing my review that was abruptly closed as well not allowing me the time to submit a complaint on the wording of the referal program. Its unfortunate as I was looking forward to some great entertainment with this platform that I now have to say I would not recommend it to anyone as there are plenty to choose from. Platform looks well laid out and very appealing but for me customer service is everything id hate to have issues with deposits or withdrawls and receive this type of service so I take a hard pass on this casino for the time being.
