Customer service team helpfull
- Customer service team helpfull but app is horrendous keeps on shutting me out you buy in good faith and then cant access online. doesnt matter what device you use and where. Also when you input your location it tells you that you are not resident in Ireland even when you have submitted legal documents and proof of I D. Weird.

- These scammers are to be prosecuted and their business closed.As they are pocketing 99% of money and no one paid more than 10£ in average.Snd when they publish their weekly draws-that just look stupid and unrealistic-hiw cones there is always 1 person winning say thundeball each week.It looks false.And it is.No one ever gets that kind of money.As these scsmmers are misadvertising and grabbing all mobey they got.In any normal EU country any scam of this scale is not possible.

- So what has changed since Conalot ran the lottery absolutely nothing!Conalot raised the odds of winning its now at impossible odds you have more chance of walking on water.This mob got the licence under false pretences they were talking about giving people more chances to win big. Lets face it it isnt difficult to do that but obviously it doesnt give the operator enough chances at making fortunes...for themselves.The only real winner of the lottery is the outfit that runs it.The logic is all wrong. All this mob have done is drop in a few more chances of winning £1M They havent rewritten the entire competition and that is whats needed.Its still based on GREED NOT NEED!

- hi everyone been waiting 7 weeks and finally got my cheque today but the check has a different name on it someone needs to do some thing soon about this horrible company that has taken over the national lotterry. been told this could take 5 working days to reach watford then god knows how long.Iam at my wits end. Absolutely disgusting.How can they treat me like this when i spend alot of money on the lottery probably a tidy fortune over the years and this is the thanks i get.

- What is happening to the lotto and scratch cards lately. I have bought a few scratch cards daily the new Xmas ones to enter the bonus draw the tickets are useless maybe u get your money back but the €10 tickets gives u 10 entries into d draw and last week I reckon my name was in over 100 times no luck either. I know there is others would be entering alot also so fair enough but the tickets are horrendous

- Just tried to add funds. My bankers card was recently replaced - so go to edit (to provide new card detail)s. Have to have zero balance to change card details but cant retrieve to invalid bank card - see the problem.No email support - so try WEBCHAT - no one available try later so try phone number - no one available try later so try Assuming I am correct there seems no active means of customer support. The reason for support in the first place would seem due to poor design to enable relevant changes.All in all a disgrace

- Ive bought about 30 of the cashword extra scratch cards from 3 different retailers in my area over the past 2 weeks and not even a £3 win back you complain to the lottert and they just bang on about odds. What a load of rubbish there are no winners out there they give no hope to anyone buying a scratchcard at all. Absolute scammers just robbing peoples money they should not be allowed to get away with it.

- I created my account in 2018. The website layout is decent. I had an issue once and the customer service rep that I dealt with on the telephone was great. I knocked off 2 stars for their poor password policy - limiting the password length and not allowing special characters is not acceptable in 2022. I like how I dont have to manually check tickets for winning numbers.

- I believe that the national lottery scratch cards and instant games are an absolute ripoff.I have been playing for years and finally realise that they are way too greedy. Getting your stake back should not be considered a win. Quoted odds are surely not accurate.I believe Camelot are an organisation of greedy thieves that dole out money for charitable causes to fool.

- If you want to give money away this is great site for you but i would suggest maybe donating to some good cause as winning on rigged games will never happen. Win is only possible if you invest 500€ you can win back approximately 40€ (-460€). No matter what the “winning” odds are i tried doubling even tripled couple times and i can guarantee win will not happen. They don’t do games of chance

Error prone online playing
- Ive played one of the instant games online and it deducted the five euros from my wallet. During the game I have won a small amount (nothing crying over really) and this did not reflect after clicking on the finish game button. It also was not saved in my recently played games. I will continue playing with the assumption that the whole system is a bit buggy so I recommend taking screenshot if you are playing online. Leaving the 1 star review only for the mention experience prior to that I havent had any issues. Thanks for reading!
