• Avoid to play with this scam company. Especially instant online scratch cards... Have just played a certain game (power Puck) at £5 per time 19 times!!! ( more fool me)... And got zero in return!!! Zero. Wanted to email them to express my concerns... Email is not recognised!! No chat available.. No agents available.Utter scam. No one even knows where our lottery purchase is going as its changed hands so many times.My advice... Do not encourage this scam company.

• I was under the impression that the new company running the National Lottery were promising real changes to the games and entry costs. To date nothing at all seems to have been done. For this reason Im not going to waste my money any longer where the odds of winning anything at all are stacked massively against you. I will probably play again if games go back to how they were when the Lottery was first introduced and was £1 a go.

• Who ever leads the prize money allocation should resign .The lottery is literally a lottery .I spend £1000 per annum.This last year I’ve had a return of £63.90 it’s a joke .The fact that someone can be gifted over £100 Million is sad when there should be a cap to make more draws on the night which broadens the amount of people becoming fortunate.The lottery should be reformed due to hardship all over the UK .What they should implement is that once it reaches for example £10 million and a roll over then they should make more draws to make more people rewarded with less numbers to rely on there ticket and end being being a skimpy winner .

• Customer service team helpfull but app is horrendous keeps on shutting me out you buy in good faith and then cant access online. doesnt matter what device you use and where. Also when you input your location it tells you that you are not resident in Ireland even when you have submitted legal documents and proof of I D. Weird.

• I finally won a decent win of £140 on the lotto then the problems started trying to claim??? Aldi the store of purchase will not pay over £100. Tried post office x3 they no longer have anything to do with the lottery?. Supermarkets should display a sign stating what they will only pay-out?? quick enough at taking your money.So i went online to contact lottery direct!! you have to send your ticket by post with other information.I will no longer play the lottery and maybe if enough people take this stand they might treat customers better when it comes to paying out????. 0/5

Seriously Underwhelming now

• Completely uninspiring and lacks enthusiasm👎I’ve been wasting money on the lottery for years without very much to show for it. I don’t spend a fortune just the odd ticket if I remember on a reasonable sized jackpot.It’s called National lottery but why are other nations/organisations benefiting. How about UK First! Have it run by a Uk company.....not Canadian Teachers pension fund or Polish billionaires who run gambling companies. Seems this is just a big cash cow for foreign investors.The odds of winning are so low it’s laughable. Christmas and New year was always fun with big jackpots on offer but virtually nothing advertised with so little enthusiasm in 2024. I guess they can’t be arsed because the income must be huge when virtually nobody wins and the rollover increases are paltry even on the super draws when lots of people take part. Please can someone investigate these companies and they be thoroughly checked to see they are doing what is expected. Very rare I even get 1 number since they’ve taken over and they have both days automatically selected for play online now when previously you chose for yourself. It’s not very obvious the new tactic means you could end up getting more tickets by mistake. I wonder who gives these companies the contract and how considering they aren’t doing a very good job - other than for themselves. How about it’s run and owned by Uk citizens to benefit us and the charities here. It would be interesting to see how much this company is raking in v paying out.🤔 and in some cases I’ve read winners are having to jump through so many hoops or wait ages for winnings. • These scammers are to be prosecuted and their business closed.As they are pocketing 99% of money and no one paid more than 10£ in average.Snd when they publish their weekly draws-that just look stupid and unrealistic-hiw cones there is always 1 person winning say thundeball each week.It looks false.And it is.No one ever gets that kind of money.As these scsmmers are misadvertising and grabbing all mobey they got.In any normal EU country any scam of this scale is not possible.

• So what has changed since Conalot ran the lottery absolutely nothing!Conalot raised the odds of winning its now at impossible odds you have more chance of walking on water.This mob got the licence under false pretences they were talking about giving people more chances to win big. Lets face it it isnt difficult to do that but obviously it doesnt give the operator enough chances at making fortunes...for themselves.The only real winner of the lottery is the outfit that runs it.The logic is all wrong. I have bought a few scratch cards daily the new Xmas ones to enter the bonus draw the tickets are useless maybe u get your money back but the €10 tickets gives u 10 entries into d draw and last week I reckon my name was in over 100 times no luck either. • hi everyone been waiting 7 weeks and finally got my cheque today but the check has a different name on it someone needs to do some thing soon about this horrible company that has taken over the national lotterry. been told this could take 5 working days to reach watford then god knows how long.Iam at my wits end. • Ive bought about 30 of the cashword extra scratch cards from 3 different retailers in my area over the past 2 weeks and not even a £3 win back you complain to the lottert and they just bang on about odds. What a load of rubbish there are no winners out there they give no hope to anyone buying a scratchcard at all. Absolute scammers just robbing peoples money they should not be allowed to get away with it.

• I believe that the national lottery scratch cards and instant games are an absolute ripoff.I have been playing for years and finally realise that they are way too greedy. Getting your stake back should not be considered a win. Quoted odds are surely not accurate.I believe Camelot are an organisation of greedy thieves that dole out money for charitable causes to fool.

Have to have zero balance to change card details but cant retrieve to invalid bank card - see the problem.No email support - so try WEBCHAT - no one available try later so try phone number - no one available try later so try Assuming I am correct there seems no active means of customer support. The reason for support in the first place would seem due to poor design to enable relevant changes.All in all a disgrace

• I created my account in 2018. The website layout is decent. I had an issue once and the customer service rep that I dealt with on the telephone was great. I knocked off 2 stars for their poor password policy - limiting the password length and not allowing special characters is not acceptable in 2022. I like how I dont have to manually check tickets for winning numbers.
