Very impressed with the site

• Got mixed up with another site on my last review so I’m back on here to give a more accurate review. Been on the site for 6 months and i find it’s a lot better than all the negative feedback I see on the other reviews so don’t take notice to be fair make your own mind up after joining. Was slow to verify my account to withdraw but it’s sorted now and il look forward to my first withdraw soon. Customer support is very good on the online chat and spend the time finding a solution. 5 stars from RS Keep up the good work guys

Having trouble with this website…

• Having trouble with this website getting my account verified. After 15 days and numerous emails back and forth with copies of identity etc I received an email requesting an apostilled poa. They have also stopped me from using my account for sports betting . This was six days ago and still no explanation as to why. I feel all I can do is warn others now. They have my money my identification and I am concerned. Warning to anyone who may be considering using this website.

• WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not have a gaming licence. The site is setup to essentially steal customers money. Withdrawals are impossible. The bonuses offered are designed to prevent customers from profiting due to the 40x wager requirement. So if you receive a £10 bonus youd have to wager £400 before youre entitled to your own money! No clear terms and conditions only written to trick customers. The website does not provide company information.

• DO NOT USE THIS SITE Absolutely ridiculous. I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago. Was requested to send all the normal kyc info which I provided. They then asked for a tax return which is completely unnecessary but I still sent it and now they want a POA apostilled document!! I have £900 in the account and its clear they just dont want to pay out. Its completely unacceptable the hoops they are making me jump through and I doubt they are going to pay out at all. Dreadful thieving operation

• Dreadful thieving operation. Hidden charges for depositing then continual delay in paying out. Advised would be three days then had to email their payment team. No response and told to wait another 48 hours for them to reply. Update. After much kicking shoving and pushing I have today (29/1/25) finally received my monies. A deduction of c£14 made for some reason but I am just glad that they have finally paid out.

• Wrote to them15/01/2025 Regarding serious concerns Regarding Licence Violations and MCC miscodings.Unusal payment providers on CC from diffrent parts of world Kenya estonia .so forth and so on for different service .I sent a detailed explanation for my complaint and evidence to back up my complaint under the laws and licences they claim to be authorised by .I recived 1 response acknowledgement of complaint and another asking me for ID which I sent over .This was around the 17th .I have heared nothing since .I continuously send emails asking for an update with further information on the 3rd party merchants that they have used .If this is not resolved I will go into detail on what other information I have found regarding this company and also the share the information regarding the merchants that they have used to process the funds from Cc currently I have sent them nearly 10 emails and spoke to cs who basically said they have no control over that department and I need to wait .A bit of common courtesy would not go amiss and respond to emails to inform me whats going on .Edit Still no response from these lot a further 3 emails sent

• Doesn’t even deserve a 1*…I won and withdrew a £1000.. I then proceeded to win a further £4000 but was unable to withdraw it due to only being allowed 1 pending transaction.. yet on their terms it’s a £1000 per day and £5000 per week.This website is a scam.. they state 3 days for approval of a withdrawal.. this just encourages you to spend the money whilst waiting.. they need to block it so you are unable to cancel it.This resulted me in spending all my money.This website is happy to take your money but from what I can see.. is quite unwilling to pay you out if you win and there is always a problem.Oh and because I’ve asked for a refund.. they’ve blocked me completely and suspended my account.I’m going to be going further to the Curcao Gambling Commission for further advice what to do. • I cant agree with the several negative reviews to be honest. I made a successful deposit and successful withdrawal of several hundred euros (after a KYC process of course). The only downside is that the betting odds that are offered to me are lower after logging in (probably I am limited?).

• Genuine review and I was wary reading some of those below. Recently joined and before withdrawing had to go through the KYC/verification process. Took a couple of days but withdrawal almost immediate once verified. Live chat is quick to begin but response times generally slow.

• This is a great site. But there is 1 big problem the withdrawal are so slow and are kept on hold for so long that its almost impossible to withdraw anything. I won €10.000 but gambled everything because I couldnt withdraw fast enough and also you can only withdraw 1K at a time. So if you win more than 10K it literally takes 1 year to withdraw everything.
