- I was looking through the terms and conditions on the netbet site and noticed something odd on the withdrawal details.It states that withdrawals are not available to NatWest or bank of Scotland debit cards.Does that mean they dont accept deposits from those banks?It would be crazy to take deposits from those accounts if you would require another account to release withdrawals. That would cause upset and frustration to customers and force them to provide all kinds of documents.I hope people who attempt to make a deposit using a NatWest or bank of Scotland card are warned beforehand that they would not be allowed to make any withdrawals using their card.

- 1 star is far to good for this company. Same as all other reviews really all is well until you win this is a review on my mothers behalf they have asked for every document known every stalling tactic possible not to pay. I’ve had a few problems before but this company takes the biscuit do not open an account with them it’s just not worth the upset and grief my mother took out 2700 and a 700 6 days now back and forth chasing money it’s impossible I’m giving them 1 more day tomorrow then I’m taking it to a small claims court can’t deal with stress anymore winning money should be enjoyable she said she wishes she never won the only good thing about winning was she won’t every give netbet anymore money as she’s learned what there practices are like they will find any excuse not to pay AVOID I will update everyday I go without payment hopefully by tomorrow I will get my money.. Day 6 I get told my money is being processed there very sorry there sorting it as a matter of urgency it’s been to manager and been resolved then 6pm I message asking where my money is as it’s still not there they ask me for bank statements again I have sent them 5 pdf copy’s of my bank statements I am not sending them again I’m going to send it to court and go to gambling commission make a formal complaint. Please people do not gambling with this absolute cowboy scum of a company they are absolute scum tell you anything to get rid of you and then steal money from you there are plenty of other companies please do not go to this 1 and before netbet turn around and say some crap like I’m sorry about you’re experience and you feel this way bla bla please contact us to sort it out I’ve tried contacting you and trying to sort it out for 6 days it hasn’t worked up till now you are a company of crooks and cowboys that lie and lie again and again don’t bother it will be courts and my solicitor that will be contacting not me. Day 7 after I sent my bank statements through for a 6th time exactly the same bank statements I sent the 1st time they finally paid my 3400 why take so long to pay and cause all this distress. I thank max personally as I believe without him I wouldn’t of got paid the rest of them seem crooked particularly Molly. After they paid me out today I then get another email off them at 1pm asking me for my name address bank statements and personal documents sent again. 😂😂 what a joke of a company so glad I closed my account and it’s dealt with an absolute clown outfit hardest 3400 I ever earned again thank you max

On this site it didnt perform the way it is supposed to. Remembering I am an expert on this game but on Netbet it seemed that its software had been altered. For the record I had 2000 spins.....no bonus......highest base win 15x all on 50p to £1.25 stake.
