Misleading advertisement & Delaying refund
- (My NetBet username: Pingpong76)They misled me to believe that sports betting is available on their platform. I opened an account sent my docs to verify it and then made a very small (first) deposit of €20. However after making my first deposit I noticed that I could not bet on any sports and kept getting the insufficient funds error message (depsite the fact that I had enough funds in my account to cover my bet). Contacted their support team about this issue and was only then told that sport betting is not available for residents of Austria & Germany (even though the sports section is completely open and active on NetBet).I asked for a refund and after some days of delay their nonsensical requests for more documents (such as my bank card photos and bank statements) and them inviting me to play casino games (which are most probably rigged) they finally agreed to refund my deposit when I threatened to take legal action against them if they kept wasting my time and did not refund my deposit.Was going to give 1 star but gave 2 stars simply because they finally refunded my deposit.

- Not really one for writing reviews but I want to tell you my experience with Netbet. Signed up over a year ago sent documents etc came back all fine and continued to play no issues then mid January I tried to deposit and a message appears saying my account needs to be reviewed before I can play I had no email or call from customer service so I emailed them...I had a message back 4 days later saying they need more documents (same as ive already sent) so i sent them... This was over a month ago ..Ive emailed them 4/5 times asking whats going on nobody can tell me they just say its been sent to the relevant department as soon as we know we will contact you!!! Over 1 month how long does it take to look at some documents? Do they have like 1 person working for them ? Ive had a few accounts with other casinos /poker sites and unfortunately this is the most frustrating experience Ive had never put the customer first its a poor showing and I will not be using them as much as before if this ever gets sorted.
