• After submitting the first withdrawal request and verifying 3 days passed and there were still no funds. After contacting livechat they wrote to me that full verification could take up to 10 days and that I would receive an email. After 11 days without a response and contacting support again they asked for documents that they already had. After sending them again and talking on livechat I was supposed to receive an email with information. I did not receive it. After contacting them again they wanted proof of wealth. After sending them documents from work they said that they wanted information about the transaction history of the method used to load the jeton. I sent them confirmation from the bank of loading the jeton and screenshots from another bookmaker that had previously paid me the funds. They rejected it. I wrote about it on livechat and they were supposed to verify it and then I was supposed to receive an email from them. Of course I did not receive it. After contacting support again the document was verified but they wanted the documents that they had already received. This process goes on and on each time they want the documents they already have so they dont withdraw the funds. At this point its been 17 days since the withdrawal attempt and the circus continues. Avoid this site at all costs. SCAM!!!
