- Wanted to change the details on my account. Was told to contact support to update my adress of residence. I did so. Here is the result:Hello Anton.Thank you for your email.Im afraid as a customer support host Im unable to assist with your accounts verification. You must send this email with the proof of address and new phone number.After trying to explain I did not ask for verification just to update my account with my new adres for about 4 times I ended up closing my account instead.This place is run by literal children.
