- Still nothing fixed glitches on sports every single time and help center does the same I email I did chats with employees and still nothing. I will NEVER put another cent on that site and its 1000% their fault . Bchatty28 thanks again for the WORST site I have ever encounter. You have failed and lost a customer. You should not give these guys a chance…
- You should not give these guys a chance at all. They will ask you to provide them with a screenshot of your account summary to verify for etransfer withdrawal but absolutely no where you can check the status of this. They say its required by regulations but it feels like they are trying to steel your data instead. No other online gaming site has asked for this.

Got email saying I am verified
- They sent me an email saying my account was verified after I sent my bank statement. I have been trying to withdraw for the last 3 days since receiving their email to no success. When I try to withdraw it says I need to be verified but I got an email saying I am verified. But now I see I am not alone. I have tried contacting support to no avail. There are no support emails available on the site no contact info just a bot. I am so frustrated that I have sent my banking statement again hey I even tried communicating with that bot no avail. I wont play here after this experience.

- These crooks are the absolute worst company to deal with!! They make it near impossible to withdraw your money hoping youll just give up. Ive been sending bank documents for a month now yet they keep getting rejected. There is zero customer support!!!! I just keep getting generic emails. - I played a $25 Spin and Go last night and the prize pool was $75. When I got heads up it said checking location and sat me out. I kept trying to hit the Im Back button and it didnt do anything. I got to watch my hands get folded for 14 hands in a row to lose it. I contact support and they dont refund it and said they had to send it to technical team and they also left the conversation abruptly Not sure why they need to check location every 10 seconds. I dont recommend anybody to use poker on this app.

- Terrible experience would give it zero if possible. They hook you in with a bonus that is fake and then you cant access it on mobile. Now I am on desktop and on customer service chat for 20 minutes and they still cant help me. I would say to avoid this company at all costs waste of time and money. They have absolutely the worst support on the planet with constant useless generic replies.My issue is with the Ontario Canada division owned by starsgroup.com or TSG Interacticve part of Flutter Entertainment plc (Flutter.com) which on Trustpilot defaults to betfair.com What a tree of deceitful companies.I guess Im lucky not losing money because I never even had the chance to play because their useless software says Im not in Ontario when I am.
