Software only rewards those who have paid a lot of entry fees over a long period of time the more entry fees you pay the more the software will favor you and let you cash at a tournament once in a blue moon. Here is a tip when you are playing at this site or any other poker slot site because that is what they are. Pull the handle and hope for the best. Watch out for those that cant seem to lose no matter what starting hand they hold. If that is not you then you have no chance at cashing in. They will ask you to provide them with a screenshot of your account summary to verify for etransfer withdrawal but absolutely no where you can check the status of this. They say its required by regulations but it feels like they are trying to steel your data instead. No other online gaming site has asked for this.

Got email saying I am verified

• They sent me an email saying my account was verified after I sent my bank statement. I have been trying to withdraw for the last 3 days since receiving their email to no success. When I try to withdraw it says I need to be verified but I got an email saying I am verified. But now I see I am not alone. I have tried contacting support to no avail. There are no support emails available on the site no contact info just a bot. I am so frustrated that I have sent my banking statement again hey I even tried communicating with that bot no avail. I wont play here after this experience.

• I played a $25 Spin and Go last night and the prize pool was $75. When I got heads up it said checking location and sat me out. I kept trying to hit the Im Back button and it didnt do anything. I got to watch my hands get folded for 14 hands in a row to lose it. I contact support and they dont refund it and said they had to send it to technical team and they also left the conversation abruptly Not sure why they need to check location every 10 seconds. I dont recommend anybody to use poker on this app.
