Got email saying I am verified

• They sent me an email saying my account was verified after I sent my bank statement. I have been trying to withdraw for the last 3 days since receiving their email to no success. When I try to withdraw it says I need to be verified but I got an email saying I am verified. But now I see I am not alone. I have tried contacting support to no avail. There are no support emails available on the site no contact info just a bot. I am so frustrated that I have sent my banking statement again hey I even tried communicating with that bot no avail. • I played a $25 Spin and Go last night and the prize pool was $75. When I got heads up it said checking location and sat me out. I kept trying to hit the Im Back button and it didnt do anything. I got to watch my hands get folded for 14 hands in a row to lose it.
