  • Horrible Casino. I was playing high value spins on pinateros. I received the max bonus coin of 4k on the feature and it paid all other coins then the bonus coin. I immediately went to chat and noted the technical error. This was 19th October its now 24th October and no resolution. I have spent time on chat and was told initially it would be 48 hours.Next day 24 hours. Was told its a 3rd party they cant control themNext day we dont know how longToday I asked for an email to at least confirm the issue so it was in writing. I was told I will email when I can but its busy. I called the call center and was told they are customer service not complaints department. No apology no acknowledgment nothing. The guy I spoke to Yodi Was utterly indifferent. Didnt care never said sorry he said a few times hey people make mistakes what can you do? Unbelievable. Dont gamble here. If you win they might just not pay and you will spend weeks chasing for maybe no result which is where I am now.

Horrible Casino

  • Worst company ever. I have been trying to get some documents for over 1 months now. They either cant read or dont want to read but they keep sending me the wrong documents and then hide behind their 30 day policy. I guess its time to find a lawyer and so it the hard way. They respond here and pretend to be all helpful but none of that is true. I send them an email per request and they ignored it. What a joke.

Solid casino!

  • I had opened account to Onecasino in 2019 but never played there since this september. After several deposits I got them email about that am I aware about my increased deposits and if I have made them in purpose. Later I got another responsible gaming email because of same reason. So even I had not made any deposits in Onecasino in many years I could now deposit over 9000euros in a less than a month even I did not reply to the responsible gaming emails they sent me. Still they sais that they did not see any reasons to limit my deposits even depositing thosands in a short time and even they sent me the responsible emails. Later I also found old email screenshots that I have sent to Onecasino an email in 2021 and asked to block my account permanently. Onecasino told that they have never got my self exclusion email and even I had screenshot from it it did not matter because I hadnt got the original email. I also had blocked all Glitnor group casinos in same time and today Onecasino is part of Glitnor group. I got answer from one Glitnor group casino that my self exclusion in their casino is also shared to Onecasino. Still Onecasino said that since they werent part of Glitnor group in 2021 and they have still different licens my self exclusion in Glitnor is not shared to Onecasino. I am disappointed that even casino sees clearly that a customer cant control gambling and even trying to set self exclusion earlier the main thing still to casino is that theygets problemgamblers moneys not responsible gaming.I now add to this review after Onecasino answered. I sent the email as asked so that they can check my case again. But I did not even get even answer to that. Then I sent again question about how long does it take to resolve my complaint and I got this monday an answer from complaints team that my case was handled already earlier and the desicion is final. So no one checked that again even promised. I now have more evidence that I really did sent that closing email and I am going to make a complaint to authority. Funny that the customerservicer at chat today still said that it does not matter even I make official complaint it still wont change the resolution.
