• This has to be one of the most misleading & deceptive online casinos Ive came across yet. Definitely very shady & I wouldnt recommend at all. I was given a no deposit welcome bonus with a $50 max cash out. Im then told I have to make a deposit verification bonus. Pretty standard. Go to cash out & have to resubmit documents. Not surprised. Not Very Trustworthy

• The only good thing about this casino are the games. They have great games to play that you typically wouldn’t find on a lot of the popular casinos. I signed up used a free chip and won 50 bucks. I waited for a few days and about a week ago I reached out to their chat and asked the status of my withdrawal because I wanted to deposit real money and didn’t want to forfeit the 50 bucks I won. The guy told me to submit my stuff first. I told him I already did and he said someone will get back to me. I reached out every day after that to their banking cashier and support email addresses and couldn’t get one person to respond to me. Yesterday reached out to ask them to disable my account- after a runaround of the guy telling me the same thing over and over again honestly he seemed busy while he was chatting with me.I lost complete trust in them..25 minutes later he gave me another email to deactivate my account in which I piggy backed off my other emails and asked them to deactivate my account. I finally received a response from banking saying my account has been closed as requested. Now they write me back?! What a joke! I doubt they will last long with that kind of customer service
