KYC tactical discouragement process

• I had a very difficult and super slow verify process first time around but I was finally verified and paid after constant daily pestering in App chat. So I figured Im verified Ill try again. What a freaking dumb mistake this was. I won again and even after cashing out and being 100% verified I am once again being forced into a full KYC VERIFICATION PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN. These people need reported and investigated because its nothing but a why to manipulate you into frustration and giving up your winnings or just replay your winnings so you loose it all back. Ill never play on this website ever again. If you play after reading this review You know what your facing. Long aggravating drawn out process of KYC Verification. • I got an email just like most of us here said no deposit 100 spins blah blah blah. I won 70$ win I hit the play through Mark and of course they took the difference of 50 from the 70. So I stopped playing and went to cash out my winnings. At that point I was asked for id verification. So I promptly send all 3 items requested of me. A day or two goes by and I hadnt received an email saying pass or fail. So I thought Id try the live chat option. At that point I was being told the photos were too blurry could I resend them so I did. 2 more days and nothing. I reached out via chat and I found out that they hire real jerks who not only have no customer relations skills but this person kicked me from the chat because I asked for my 15 dollars to be refunded. Even that point I just sorta shrugged it off. Now it has been going on nearly 3 weeks and they still havent verified my id. I get the same response in chat and I get random emails from banking orbitspins.com saying my id is to blurry still. Today despite my better judgement I have decided to give up. All the bs they are putting me through for the last 3 weeks is just ridiculous. I won fair and square I sent my information to them I paid my good faith deposit but now Im like a crack head doing window aerobics with my Gmail account. I mean all of this unnecessary stress for what... 50$? So from my point of view this site is a scam. Maybe they pick and choose who they want to get paid out. But after sending my id to these people a total of 14 times they blocked my account from uploading the 3 items they want. Yet when I go to chat to ask the status of my request they tell me the pictures you sent were too blurry can you try to resend them again please. But no I cannot send them. I want a refund for the 15$ I sent to these people. They can keep the winnings. And I wont be surprised if a few years down the road my personal information turns up on the dark web from these guys selling my id. There are far better sites out there. • Honestly I kinda disagree with other peoples reviews. I got a free chip no deposit bonus and played the playthrough requirements at I think 40x. Okay fine cash out was max 50. No problem. I had to get approved for kyc verification before I could withdraw and that took around 5 days. Still no problem yet. Only thing I can say was kind of disappointing was that I had to make a min. 15 deposit before I could successfully withdraw my funds. At first I was unsure but I figured Id try it out after talking to live support. So I did it and at first it kept saying I had to do the verification deposit. So I contacted support again and they told me to relog clear my cache and restart my phone. Okay so after doing that... finally I was able to withdraw the 50 plus the 15 I had deposited. • I dont want to be unfair I only played on orbit one time. I received a promotion email which offered free spins for a welcome offer if I signed up (Its the standard for creating an account as any other platform) then I easily collected and played my free spins without any hassle so far so good and when finished naturally there was a playthrough requirement (obscene amount but Ive seen far worse.
