• How on earth did I stay with this low life firm my friend who is 81 and lost his wife last year backed city of Troy in the derby and had over 800 to come but lot his betting slip but the manager in the shop in Hayes Middlesex says he is not going to wade through all the bets looking for it there is no phone number that one can speak to a person rubbish servis I have gone over to a top firm Ladbrokes.

• People must be getting sick of seeing me write so many reviews on paddy power but everything I have put in is the honest truth. Yet again they have amazed me how are they being allowed to function by the gambling commission today Sunday 14/7/24 I tried to put on a £1 bet on the final score in the England & Spain tonight and woe and behold they would not accept it now I’m asking everyone out there are they a bookie or not and I would like to know why the bet was rejected they are greedy greedy people a friend of mine last week played a couple of slot games whist staying with us he went through £200 pounds in a very short time without any significant win I did advise him against it as all these slots are rigged for only one person to win and that is not the player it’s whoever is running the gaming site. The worst thing about paddy power is that they can contact you or myself at anytime but if you try and get in touch with them it’s impossible they tell you that they have a chat line but when you get into it and try to get advice complain or anything else they come back either with some stupid answer or ask you for an answer which you have already answered which only succeeds in getting the person more frustrated and infuriated so basically you cannot get in touch with an actual person it’s all one sided and by the way I have taken a screen shot of the £1 bet I tried to do which was rejected.I hope paddy power are proud of themselves as no one else is and I do hope that they see this review and if they do I can guess their answer which will be that this person has a gambling problem and this is only sour grapes and cancel my account which from what I know about them this is what they do when anybody makes it hard for them by letting the public know the truth about them the gambling commission should be investigate wether they are still abiding about the rules set out concerning the public.

• Paddy Power are refusing to complete a safer gambling review because I closed my account and this means that my Betfair account is now also suspended. Spent 4 and a half hours on chat with them over two days trying to communicate with clueless poorly trained and hopelessly inadequate agents only to be deliberately frustrated delayed and ultimately disconnected when I tried to complain. Completely unprofessional appalling customer service. Paddy Power Betfair ought to be ashamed of themselves.

• Wanted to delete my Betfair account spoke to an online “agent” no other way to speak to this business anymore. Agent clearly had an issue with me & submitted a “self exclusion” request. Which I never requested & told him this numerous times. Bang blocked from Betfair which was fine & SkyBet again no concerns & Paddy Power- now concerned as I have 26 live bets & a cash balance. • Awfulsite looks terrible and runs terrible is it any wonder their reviews are what they are? not to mention they refuse to pay out on legit bets whenever you do manage to win money by some miracle you best believe that your account will be limited within 24 hours so that you can no longer place bets more than 20p etc. Shambles company and customer service is beyond useless.

• Why do PaddyPower find it so hard to pay out on Golf 2/3 ball bets this is now the 8th time at least that Ive been waiting to be payed at least 2 hours after the golfers have completed their round. Contacted Customer Services earlier and Virag apologised and said my two 2 ball bets would be paid shortly. That was at 15:56 its now 17:01 and Im waiting on customer services again. Do they make more money in interest the longer they hold onto your money?

• They let me join deposit place bets for a day or 2 after I won they then suspended my account and started asking for a number of different documents why not ask.for these documents when i joined and before I deposited an placed bets. this was 2 weeks ago.there is know customer service number all.you can do.is talk with an online agent which tell you same everyday total robbers

• In support of my partner Paddy Power has proved to be a con. Played Sahara Riches won the cash collect on the diamond but internet glitched returned to game and bonus had disappeared. Cut a long story short customer services credited bank with £20 but when disputed as the spin didnt complete the customer service rep took the £20 from his bank account! How is he allowed to do that? Considering the poor reviews on this site I have noticed this company has no intention of answering these reviews at all. Stay away.

• Won £130 2days ago and it was in my account in less than an hour. Really good how it shows you how much up or down you are over the year. I use this site regularly along with a couple of others but this is definetly either my favourite or joint favourite. There are some awful sites out there but Paddy Power is not one of them in my opinion. I think bad reviews are probably due to not reading terms and conditions in offers or not winning which is always a risk. Deposit limits are so easy to set and any changes you request to your deposit limits do not take effect immediately which I think is very responsible. Maybe Im just happy because I win a lot on Paddy Power but surely thats what is wanted from a site :)
