Wanted to delete my Betfair account
- Wanted to delete my Betfair account spoke to an online “agent” no other way to speak to this business anymore. Agent clearly had an issue with me & submitted a “self exclusion” request. Which I never requested & told him this numerous times. Bang blocked from Betfair which was fine & SkyBet again no concerns & Paddy Power- now concerned as I have 26 live bets & a cash balance. Now I can’t get to my cash or hundreds of pounds in live bets. Only way of contacting is through the live chat ask to make a complaint & cut off. Absolute criminal behaviour. Considering report to Action Fraud.

- Awfulsite looks terrible and runs terrible is it any wonder their reviews are what they are? not to mention they refuse to pay out on legit bets whenever you do manage to win money by some miracle you best believe that your account will be limited within 24 hours so that you can no longer place bets more than 20p etc. Shambles company and customer service is beyond useless.

- Why do PaddyPower find it so hard to pay out on Golf 2/3 ball bets this is now the 8th time at least that Ive been waiting to be payed at least 2 hours after the golfers have completed their round. Contacted Customer Services earlier and Virag apologised and said my two 2 ball bets would be paid shortly. That was at 15:56 its now 17:01 and Im waiting on customer services again. Do they make more money in interest the longer they hold onto your money?

- In support of my partner Paddy Power has proved to be a con. Played Sahara Riches won the cash collect on the diamond but internet glitched returned to game and bonus had disappeared. Cut a long story short customer services credited bank with £20 but when disputed as the spin didnt complete the customer service rep took the £20 from his bank account! How is he allowed to do that? Considering the poor reviews on this site I have noticed this company has no intention of answering these reviews at all. Stay away.

- STAY WELL CLEAR!!!My Wife signed up based on a promotion they were running at the time long story short she won £40 from that promotion and then used that on another game where she hit the £750 jackpot.. upon trying to withdraw (despite meeting all the eligible criteria) she was emailed saying that her account was posting suspicious activity and they were closing it down and processing a refund for her initial deposit... the woman on the live chat was extremely rude and quite frankly sounded like she didnt care one bit.. not surprised to be honest I think Id be bitter if i was stuck in a dead end job with no ambition.PP should be ashamed of themselves a horrible company with zero ethics.. just do yourself a favour and go to Virgin Bet or Sky Bet...in fact anyone but Paddy Power or Betfair.

- I’ve just discovered I have lost my priority status with PP after many years of custom. All it boils down to is that following being issued with a £25 free bet I managed to win £2k. Which I withdrew. In the subsequent weeks/months I continued as normal. Being considered as a priority customer I had to place 5 x £50 bets a week to receive a £50 free bet the following week. That had been the case for a long time. This also entitled you to a weekly account review where additional rewards could be added - usually only if you lost mind though PP would never admit that 😞 However after making a complaint having had no further rewards after winning the £2k I also noticed the weekly £50 free bet had reduced to £10. Furthermore I wasn’t entitled to any further weekly reviews. Bad taste or what? Subsequent shocking customer service has meant I will be taking my custom elsewhere

- Paddy Power are refusing to complete a safer gambling review because I closed my account and this means that my Betfair account is now also suspended. Spent 4 and a half hours on chat with them over two days trying to communicate with clueless poorly trained and hopelessly inadequate agents only to be deliberately frustrated delayed and ultimately disconnected when I tried to complain. Completely unprofessional appalling customer service. Paddy Power Betfair ought to be ashamed of themselves.

- I opened an account with Betfair.es yesterday to play poker. My account was verified immediately. I made around a €500 deposit and played. My account stands at €650 now. I woke up this morning to find an email saying that my account was closed. I have absolutely no idea why. I cant cashout. I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who didnt give me any answers except to say that my account was closed. I asked why and what about my money and she said that she was forwarding my query to the right department and to wait 72 hours for a response.

- Very poor. As soon as I started winning they restricted my account. I was down quite a bit last year then had a few good wins. Now restricted to very small bets. They only want losing punters I understand the business model but how can this be allowed? The government needs to put a stop to this!
