• I am glad I read all the reviews although I dont bet big and havent had much trouble with palmerbet except I found out last week that if you put a bonus bet on and its scratched they keep it.It must be in the t&cs somewhere but I couldnt find it. The other bookeys give it back. I will no longer bet with them.

do not use you cant withdraw winnings

• If you lose they will keep taking your money but if you win they will try & bury you with unnecessary paperwork requests & then tell you that terms & conditions are breached without saying what or how. Thought it was just me until I did a google search for reviews & same story everywhere they just steal your money & dont pay out. Dont touch this company with a barge pole.

• Worst bookie ever stay away if you have any sense as they just cant be trusted. They accept your bet and then after the result is known they cancel your bet if it wins. I learnt the hard way what a bunch of crooks palmerbet is you just cant guarantee they will pay your winning bets dont make the same mistake I made.

• Very scummy deceptive tactics possible for them to ban you void any bet freeze withdrawals for however long they want AFTER resulted for any reason according to their terms and conditions. AVOID.

• Each week I received emails from Palmerbet promoting Bonus Bets for when you came 2nd and 3rd in certain greyhound races. I made some bets won on a couple of favourites and received a $50 Bonus Bet for a greyhound which came second. Shortly after these races I received an email saying I was not entitled to Bonus Bets anymore and the $50 Bonus Bet I received before receiving their email was removed from my account. Strange that you can do this retrospectively?Since joining Palmerbet this year I have lost over $200 so I dont see myself as a financial threat to their bottom line.The response to my email to them was tardy and after multiple emails they were quite dismissive.

• Yep! Just another review from a punter who finally had a win $1700 then got banned. No wonder the decent bookmakers get the lions share and these others just come and go.

• Absolutely horrendous every single other betting company refunded/voided their bets with Reece Walsh after he got injured in 2nd min and they instead elected to not do that and lost all bets. The worst stay away. Customer service is like talking to a possum thats been hit by a car on the side of the road. Not the best.

• They offer you bonus bet promotion for matching deposit they give you one bonus pet return if your horse run second or third each day and after two weeks they banned me from any promotions or bonus bets because they said I’ve been using them? My bets are no bigger than $25 They are bad I’m actually glad to close this account

• I have been a user of palmerbet for a few years. Promotions are okay. I win a small amount regularly. I received a email recently. I can longer get any promotion. Very poor form. I closed my account. It is familiar trend. Back to tab and sportsbet who dont discrimate against winning punters.A great way to lose your market share and ruin your brand. Woeful form from Palmerbet

Banned from promotions

• PalmerBet sent me a dollar for dollar bonus bet offer up to $300.I deposited the $300 & placed a bet.I then went to put the $300 bonus bet on a multi-bet.The bet was only accepted for $50 of the bonus credit.Later I checked my account & I found that the $50 Bonus bet that they accepted had been cancelled & the entire $300 bonus credit had been removed.So then I received a email saying my bet was against the spirit of the promotion.(What a joke coming from a parasite sports betting organisation that offer odds not in the spirit of fair odds)When I emailed them to tell them to cancel my original bet & refund the money to my debit card I was told to cash out the bet.Besides the fact this is not an option why would I cash out for a lesser amount.Therefore I will lodge a complaint with Racing N.S.W.

• They block all my sports bets ( the only bet I usually make ) without explanation. They insisted I could bet win or line ( I could not ) and they only let me withdraw my money when I threatened legal proceedings.

• Palmerbet do not tell you anything you deposit can be withheld at anytime. After jumping through hoops I was told I had breached a heap of the terms and conditions all untrue before they took back all the winnings and deactivated my account.If you call them you will speak to the rudest customer service man in history who accuses you of allowing others access to your account. Do not use Palmerbet!!!
