Bad customer service

• Ive been waiting 4 months for a reply on my email that THEY told me to contact their email. At first 16 days. Then 4 months. How large is the playerbase that need 4 months to help me recover my stolen account?Idk whether to move on or keep trying. I love that account. My first account main account. Got stolen by my own stupidity for putting the id and password the same. I was only 13.

• It seems i am not the only one thats had the problem like othersI installed the solitaire cash game very misleading. It makes it look like £5 is being deposited into your PayPal account when infact it is being withdrawn. I contacted them and finally got a refund then i deleted the app after the refund.Do not install this game. Its a scam. I have today received a snotty email telling me because of violation they have closed the account very rude.

• I installed the solitaire cash game. This is very misleading. It makes it look like $5 is being deposited into your PayPal account when instead it is being withdrawn. I deleted the app and looked into this further and discovered this when I checked my PayPal account. Do not install this game. Its a scam.

• I was new at the game and asked the customer service a simple questionand the cs rep jon was extremely rude basically talking trash. And I am not paying for the abuse. It shows how they view customers.You can only make money on this game if you put alot in and even then I think they have bots to make sure you dont win the big payout tournaments only small free ones. Save your money and go elsewhere.

• This game publisher is total junk.... The owner GMMuziq cheats the SF2 community and doesnt behave like a game owner in the game.... This is unprofessional... No updates... Bugs... Text fields are missing...Items cost a ton of money. There is no possibility to buy something by sp. The only goal Gmmuziq has set for itself is to make big dollars.

• I am playing La tale owned by papaya play. Recently my account was banned because I used the macro of my Logitech mouse and I did not realize it is against the policy. So I am anxious and submit tickets on Nov 10th because I have spent thousand of dollar in this game already. After 5 days GM Waldo replied me saying that it won’t be a permanent ban after investigation my acc will be released. So I asked him how long will the investigation take. Since then GM Waldo seems like vanishing in this world. Now it is Nov 28 and I haven’t received a word from this ridiculous GM. But GM Waldo is still replying player in Discord but me. I hope papaya can hire some better GM because most players of Papaya is complaining about the poor customer service. The game is fun but the GM is the most terrible I have ever seen

Scam! Buyer Beware!!

• This is a scam company. Buyer beware!!! They do not operate in a legitimate manner. They automatically withdraw money from your account without your authorization and automatically enroll you in autopay without your consent. I had to dispute two unauthorized charges with PayPal customer service from this company. PayPal customer service also informed me that this company had set up autopay on my account which I never authorized and that is fraudulent. PayPal canceled the autopay and said they would work with this company to refund those two unauthorized transactions. Stay clear of this company. They are only after peoples hard-earned money. If I could give zero stars I would. Also they have many negative reviews on the internet. They are also involved in a LAWSUIT for defrauding players.

• If any of you have won a big bonus beware. I won $150 the other day and gave it back in 9 games. Went on to win a few hundred BUT you can’t withdraw it. If you read the fine print at the withdrawal prompt it read that bonuses aren’t able to be withdraw BUT any winnings from a bonus can be. Not true. I have everything on video. I screen played my gaming after I lost the entire $150 and nothing but a couple of dollars could be withdraw. I wrote the girl Jamie who runs it on the Facebook app and she saw the video and said she was sending it to her team. Over three days have gone by and they won’t even respond to me. Anything else they will respond but not this. I have so many videos to prove that they scam you.

Knowingly lying to their player base inexistent support fraudulent behaviour

• Provides access to mmorpgs but has no ability to do so. They completly messed up the launch of a new (actually old - from 2008) game by implementing an exploitable game mechanic. That wouldnt be terrible by itself as this can happen but how they responded to it was a absolut nogo. Instead of rolling back the server data they knowingly lied to the community and stated that the economy was not affected by this exploit. Even though one of the two fractions was able to gain an advantage in in-game currency and cash shop currency within hours that would otherwise take months to gather. Just two days after that they went against their own announcement when they started selling items that they told us will never be sold. After many complaints they explained Never Selling meant never individually and/or permanently selling but part of a temporary package is okay. They keep lying to the customers after just two weeks of running the server of a game they obviously have no clue about. Now because of their use of an outdate and often bested „hackshield“ multiple hackers run rampant in the game. Again no GM or Staff is available over the weekend (Fr-Su) for these types of in-game emergencies. Customer Service is almost inexistent except for payment tickets almost no tickets from players regarding bugs issues and offensive behavior by other players have been answered. The rules on their Community Server in Discord arent upheld in the slightest there are players there that insult and threaten other players and even upon reporting them to papaya staff they keep ignoring them. Because of all that I asked for a refund which they simply denied saying there terms of service do not allow that. This company is only out for a quick buck.. Do not trust this company.
