- Good dayPelaa CasinoI withdrew money on the 16/12/2022. I have not received my money yet. I have send numerous emails and had not reply. I withdrew money before and had no problems. The casino asked me to withdrew my money as the will no longer be available in my country. No the email address is also not working.This is the worst service i have ever had.

- What a shame really enjoy this website let down by poor withdrawal process. Had no issues and then suddenly nothing for 4 weeks but they still will take my money on deposits.Update this has now been paid out today 08/11/22 so maybe my faith is restored I have another withdrawal outstanding now awaiting an update!

- Joined about 3 or so days ago. Multiple depost methods but I question the fairness of the games particularly on the blackjack games. Multipke deposits list lost and lost then 1 winning visit.Bit of fuss getting the winnings withdrawn but got there in the end.Closed the account due to concerns around fairness.

- I’m happy with this casino (and all the others in the same group). - I read all the reviews after I joined I made a withdrawel of £300 on the Thursday i got it Sunday. Its not a bad casino they seem friendly on chat and they didnt have me sending loads of document in back and forward for £300.. I suspect if you make a bigger withdrawel they will demand this but all casinos should ask this before you deposit because you can deposit thousands no questions asked then when win a decent amount you have to go through hoops to get winnings.. Also you can not reverse a withdrawel now its the law in the UK so dont get why they make you wait 2 or 3 days to get your winnings they can do it instant these days. The casino sent me a email with a deposit limit which is good and happy with so they do take care of there players.. over all if the casino did withdrawels quicker it would be a good casino.
