Verification process taking ages
- I have been playing on Pink Casino for almost a year without issue. I had previously verified my account with no problems. 2 weeks ago I deposited £100 to take part in an offer but as soon as I deposited it came up that my account needed to be verified and I wasnt allowed to wager or withdraw in the meantime. I uploaded the requested document straight away and after chasing them to verify they sent an email asking for source of wealth information. I have given this info a week ago and followed up with an email on 16th January but still havent had a reply and still cannot access my money that I deposited. I eagerly await your reply Pink Casino to complete verification and get my money back!

- Complete senseless clicking zero pleasure only frustration. A place solely focused on profit. Illogically appearing symbols. If Trustpilot allowed videos it would be much easier. PINKCASINO is now on my list of junk online casinos. The ratio of wins to losses is like one to a billion. I dont know how the verification process works but judging by the quality of the games I suspect there may be made-up issues. - I was unfortunately lured into Pink Casino with the promise of 50 free spins upon a minimum £10 deposit. After depositing the money I was told that I would need to wager 35x in order to receive the 50 free spins. This is somewhat unscrupulous and encourages a reckless attitude to gambling.
