- Complete senseless clicking zero pleasure only frustration. A place solely focused on profit. Illogically appearing symbols. If Trustpilot allowed videos it would be much easier. PINKCASINO is now on my list of junk online casinos. The ratio of wins to losses is like one to a billion. I dont know how the verification process works but judging by the quality of the games I suspect there may be made-up issues. The owners of this place should be banned for life from running similar businesses because they clearly don’t understand what a random game is all about. I could spend 200 here but I’ll only spend 20 because it makes absolutely no sense. SHAME AND DISGRACE!

- After using the casino site for 2 months they blocked my account as soon as I attempted to withdraw £ 102 . They then ask for ownership proof of all the payment methods that have ever been used . Even asking for the 3 digit security codes . 4 hours later of live chat assistants and they try and take £ 100 from 1 of the old payment methods . Totally illegal practice .

- I have played this site for a while agree with the bonus been a scam I have played a lot of cash through there site and I have lost and won and had no issues withdrawing in till I won big so between Christmas and new year 2024 I won £3400 when to withdrawal and nothing came to bank account after 5 hours I emailed them(normally money would be in my account straightaway no issues) after sending the email hours later I get an email asking to verify my account I sent them pictures of my cards however one of the cards they asked for had been stolen big problems they have asked for ownership of the card I have had to send 3 months bank statement which had transaction with the card that had been lost - not happy with that at it only has the last 4 digits a letter from the bank with the card details- again not happy with that as bank wouldn’t sign or bank stamp it even tho it was on headed not paper 🤦🏼♀️ copy of my payslips - 3 months passport and utility bill and this is now 11/01/2025 my account has been closed and I have been told on the live chats that my account has been closed due to money laundering- how the hell!!! And my winnings have been cancelled! I got this news on the morning of 08/01/25 but by afternoon they was still looking for more proof from me and to top this off they took two payments from my new card with no issues also there is no where on the site where you can do or delete card that are no longer in use.The customer services is a joke- they don’t reply to emails you get an automated email back from a bloke John who thinks not real and to top it off I now have concerns as they have all my details which I feel will be used to con me out of money no faith in this company one bit!!! They advise that it will take 3-7 days am now on 2 weeks and no further onBut they have crossed the wrong person as I have been in contact with the gambling commission they have added a complaint on file against the company and if I don’t receive my money and all of it will be going back to gambling commission and I will be willing to take it further! If I get my winnings I will update my review.14/01/25 Update as you can see pink casino has replied to my review and stated that they will contact me they asked for my details which I gave them(which they must have them as they have all my proof of ID 🤪) And no contact surprise surprise will update when I get progress Mrs Duncan

Misleading Welcome Bonus
- I was unfortunately lured into Pink Casino with the promise of 50 free spins upon a minimum £10 deposit. After depositing the money I was told that I would need to wager 35x in order to receive the 50 free spins. This is somewhat unscrupulous and encourages a reckless attitude to gambling.
