2 month waiting time for withdrawal approval

• I give this a four star so everybody can read this. Planet 7 casino will rip you off if you win any money at all. They will try to say that you used mixed funds or will leave your request in limbo for 2 months so you can use that money to play and lose all of it again. This is the first time Ive won and they owe me a little over $2000. That was 3 months ago. They keep saying that the manager that approves it is on medical leave then recently they said that they could not approve it because I used mixed funds which is all b******* because it was 100% cash deposit no bonus is used! Complete scam! Do not play. Plus all the games suck theyre old and they have no live blackjack dealers. Horrible old and a bunch of scammers.

I tried to cash out but my $4000 dwindled down to $1700 for some reason which they eventually denied me of because I was using mixed funds. I went back to look at my transaction history and it shows that the manager approved my withdrawal. I bookmarked it so wish me luck.

• I wish I would’ve read some reviews about planet 7 before I spent any money. I tried to verify my ID. I sent very clear pictures of my ID and they denied it every time saying the pics were too blurry. But I took the clearest pics possible using a camera stand and high quality camera. But every time they would say it’s too blurry. Eventually after about 5 times they said I couldn’t use that document to verify my ID. but they only have 2 options drivers license or state ID. And I only have an ID.

• Awful. I have pissed away way more than I should have here but today was the last straw. I attempted to make two withdrawals yesterday totalling $2800. Went to bed no issues.
