• This isn’t about losing. Basically I deposited £100 instantly to be told I needed to provide proof of income. I cannot play with the £100 or withdraw it. Uploaded bank statement waited almost 3 days then it was rejected. I have now uploaded 3 months of payslips and now on day 3 of waiting.Live chat unresponsive email support unresponsive. This company are a joke. Avoid.

Avoid like the plague

Shameful behaviour and T&C`s

• After playing more than i year (low wagering) with them i suddenly would have needed to provide source of funds document AFTER i deposited again.I spoke with Support asked them to refund my deposit and close my account.They closed my account but did not refund my last 40£ i deposited.After additional contact the only sent standard replies (no name no nothing) and refered to T&Cs Shameful behavior - Do not use there are plenty of others.

They let you deposit as much as you want and then refuse to return your money apparently you have to wager your own money!? They say it’s in the terms and conditions but on multiple occasions I withdrew without wagering no problem so it seems they just do this when they feel like keeping all your money. They also put a bet limit on my account which I was not aware of basically making it very difficult to win any money. They know exactly what they’re doing! Biggest scam casino ever definitely avoid!!!

• The support service does not work responds to e-mail once out of 10 requests. Money is not withdrawn I checked the withdrawals and every 4th payment did not go to my bank account. I have only one withdrawal method available - bank transfer although I deposit using a debit card. I tried to contact them for a whole week but received only one answer your money was withdrawn please wait but more than 10 working days have passed since the request and processing of the last request and earlier who have been there for over a month. Ignore Deceive Thieves and scammers!

Today I receive an email saying they have closed my account due to concerning information during the verification process?? Attached to the email were links to Gamstop and other gambling cessation services. What on earth?? If you dont want my business then fine but dont make out I have a gambling problem. Good riddance. Site was beyond terrible and customer service was abysmal. Stay well away.

• Avoid at all costs So for starters unless you gamble the total value of what you deposit you’re not allowed to withdrawal. Even if you do win money they’ll claim it takes up to 48 hours. I’ve been waiting over 96 hours for over £2000 and they requested documents which I sent. They then claimed due to high workloads my withdrawal can’t be processed and I need to wait further. Spent over an hour to an agent who would not forward me the complaint details or put me through to a manager. I’m still waiting for my money. Won’t recommend you use these guys or any of the viral group since they’ll look to steal from you at every available opportunity. Awful bunch!

• Didn’t even want to give one star!! This casino is the worst by far!! STAY AWAY! I had been depositing for months before I had a good win £1400 which I tried to withdraw! My account was immediately closed and email stating I was with gamstop! I explained that my gamstop had expired and was then asked to email gamstop which I did. Once this was resolved I asked for my withdrawal to be paid out! They said no because I was a day out from gamstop expiring - I then asked for all my deposits to be returned if this was the case as it was them who had not done their checks! I was refused and asked to stop contacting them as all emails would now be ignored WOW great customer service. I have taken legal advice and they have recommended I take this further and I will! • Big beware if you are from the UK. THE MAX BET ON THIS SITE IS JUST £10. £10! Yes £10. Dont do what I did and make a big deposit planning a big session. They wont let you withdraw your balance until you have played it through either! So Im there playing roulette at £10 per spin for an hour just to clear through my original deposit so I could exit and be done with them.
