• It’s so easy to deposit money and play and when it’s time to withdraw it’s also some documents missing and it takes for hours to get a message and they don’t have a contact number it’s exhausting dealing with them

Almost FairPlay!!!

• Invested 20 euros got the 200% bonus played the 20 euros in cash and won 140 euros. Very good!! Tried to withdraw the profit and the cost was to lose the bonus if I withdraw the cash I won. Had to cancel bonus to get the cash and to my surprise no problems sending documents. False advertising with the bonus but on the actual game play I can’t complain. Taking a profit on the first interaction but didn’t get what was advertised or offered from the licensed gambling establishment. So it’s a two out of five and it was close to being more but the fact the removed the bonus for my good fortune is just wrong being a gambling page. Almost fair play could be better!!!

Awful Website and dreadful customer service

• I fell for one of this dreadful company’s Facebook ads and was scammed of £10. Apparently you don’t actually get a matched deposit instead you get pretend “bonus” money only withdrawable if you deposit something like 50k. Customer service is even worse just send out a generic read the small print email. Hopefully the gambling ombudsman will shut down crooked sites like this one. Would give -1 star if I could. AVOID!!!

Shameful behaviour and T&C`s

• After playing more than i year (low wagering) with them i suddenly would have needed to provide source of funds document AFTER i deposited again.I spoke with Support asked them to refund my deposit and close my account.They closed my account but did not refund my last 40£ i deposited.After additional contact the only sent standard replies (no name no nothing) and referred to T&Cs Shameful behaviour - Do not use there are plenty of others.

• Advisor (Tudor) lied numerous times about why my withdrawal was held. First stated that a limit of £2000 needs to be exceeded in terms of withdrawals or deposits before they ask for documentation now on a £28 withdrawal they need to verify my means of wealth. They need pictures of my bank card pictures of bills pictures of the inside of my PayPal account. None of this is required when signing up or depositing which is handy for them. In my 16 years of working in the gaming industry this has to probably be one of the worst casinos I’ve ever dealt with. They’re unbelievably petty. Avoid. At. All. Costs. Withdrawal was almost 2 weeks ago and still no money.

Incompetence at its finest

• Uploaded many proofs of income but they decided they want my bank info. Ive not used a bank account with them. Account got blocked unable to withdraw winnings. They accepted proof of address and confirmed it yet will not validate account - no proof of address. Complaints process - doesnt exist. They just put a title at the end of the email if you complain but theres no proof theyre legitimate. Ive never seen such contempt and disrespect for a customer. 10 emails later and theyve not responded to a single question asked. Im not paid for my time but their incompetent staff get fully paid whether capable of their job lying or threatening me (and thats no theyre not yes they have and yes they have threatened me too).Funny that despite this they ignore all emails to correct their errors and force me to bear the brunt of their idiocy

Used to be good

• Initially I really enjoyed playing here but recently it seems something has changed. I dont expect to win every time I play ( I know the crack) but I do expect to be at least entertained and lately this site amongst many others is falling short of that. Casino refusing to pay winnings

• Deposited £200 and withdrew £1200 the same day. They asked me to provide evidence of my ID address and bank account which I did but they then emailed me a week later saying my winnings had been confiscated and account closed as they believe the photo of my debit card was fraudulent. This was because I couldnt provide a photo of me holding the card next to my face as I no longer had it. However I also provided them with a bank statement showing the initial deposit which clearly proves the account is mine!They will do anything not to pay you your winnings and are very rude over email! Would definitely not use and will be sticking to more trustworthy casinos like Grosvenor Admiral and Mr Vegas.

• PlatinCasino flagged my previous review to try and keep their rating in the green or at least thats what Im to believe.I had a very negative experience with this website. But all my concerns were spot on.Holding on to my withdrawal of £3200 and as with other people asking for a rediculous amount of documents that they will find any excuse to reject and customer support is shocking and keep saying they will get someone to look at it. They also tried to tell me I wasnt entitled to my win as I had wagered enough money with them!!!!!
