• I signed up and deposited and received the 100% Welcome Bonus. I played through the real funds and started wagering with bonus funds. All fairly standard.I ended up winning with the bonus funds and turned the bonus into real funds of €4K+ after completing wagering.Then I tried to verify my account. I am waiting 3 days with no reply have tried multiple times to contact their live chat but they’re currently ignoring my queries. I cannot for the life of me get a response despite these attempts and emails. Not reliable dont play with them

• It’s so easy to deposit money and play and when it’s time to withdraw it’s also some documents missing and it takes for hours to get a message and they don’t have a contact number it’s exhausting dealing with them

• Invested 20 euros got the 200% bonus played the 20 euros in cash and won 140 euros. Very good!! Tried to withdraw the profit and the cost was to lose the bonus if I withdraw the cash I won. Had to cancel bonus to get the cash and to my surprise no problems sending documents. False advertising with the bonus but on the actual game play I can’t complain. Taking a profit on the first interaction but didn’t get what was advertised or offered from the licensed gambling establishment. So it’s a two out of five and it was close to being more but the fact the removed the bonus for my good fortune is just wrong being a gambling page. Almost fair play could be better!!!
