• I won over $200 when I played on free spins. I played through the required play through amount. When I tired to cash out they told me I had multiple accounts so they permanently locked my account. The supposed two first accounts just have my name dob and phone number. They don’t even verify your number when you sign up and the first two accounts do not have a picture ID or selfie so literally anyone could have made those accounts using my information that could easily be found on Facebook! When signing up I was not even notified my information was already in use and I even talked to CS immediately after making the account and no mention of there being duplicates.Its not even the same IP address that made the accounts! There is no proof that they are my accounts and when I tried to talk to CS they basically told me to F off and just closed the conversation! They are a scam! I’m looking into legal action. • Ok so my biggest complaint is the extensive amount of time it took to get my withdrawal back. They promised between 3+5 days and in reality I was left waiting unable to play or claim any other bonus. Also I had attempted to make two separate withdrawals because my max cash out at that time was 100$ which I moved into the pending withdrawal status. With my remaining change and with an added 25$ deposit of my own I continued to play with luck on my side and won quite BIG. After a few hours I decided to cash out my $175. Only after two weeks of waiting did I find out that I could only receive my max cash out of 100$ and the rest was forfeited. It didnt make much sense to me even with the explanatory email. I think if you WIN then you WIN but needless to say I wasnt happy with this site and will not be putting any but more of my money or time into playing here.
