• This casino was my #1 go to casino. UNTIL LAST WEEK. I made a deposit and won. Went to withdraw $1000 on 2/17 only to be told BITCOIN is under routine maintenance and they dont know when it will work again. So needless to say I had to go open an account that accepts international wire transfers. 2/18 i send all my information for the wire transfer. Here it is 2/26 and im told my withdrawal has processed but its still in the 5 business day frame and there is no tracking link for it. THEY ARE JUST SITTING ON MY WITHDRAWAL AND GOING TO DRAG IT OUT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE..IM SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CASINO. In the past I was always paid on-time no questions asked. • I won over $200 when I played on free spins. I played through the required play through amount. When I tired to cash out they told me I had multiple accounts so they permanently locked my account. The supposed two first accounts just have my name dob and phone number. They don’t even verify your number when you sign up and the first two accounts do not have a picture ID or selfie so literally anyone could have made those accounts using my information that could easily be found on Facebook! When signing up I was not even notified my information was already in use and I even talked to CS immediately after making the account and no mention of there being duplicates.Its not even the same IP address that made the accounts! There is no proof that they are my accounts and when I tried to talk to CS they basically told me to F off and just closed the conversation! They are a scam! I’m looking into legal action.
