The glitch got me again $3000 lost

• The glitch got me again for two days. Probably lost about 3000$ to the glitch. Its really difficult to get rid of. Playalberta doesnt have a Tech department so there is not much they can do but hope it goes away some day. I was able to stop it for a few spins by logging in and out and restarting the game but it kept coming back after a few spins. Unfortunately the only way to know if you got the glitch is by spending your money. It doesnt show up in demo mode. Maybe make a very small deposit to see if you have it. Its a ruthless glitch. The spins are not normal and I almost gives you an identical result 4 or 5 times in a row. Playalberta should be doing mass refunds to all users for the glitch. Too bad they dont have anyone above them the way AGLC is. But Playalberta is a free wheeling enterprise from outside of Canada somewhere. Many games are also international so anyone can join in and collect money from Albertans. The Minister of gaming should at least make playalberta hire a tech department and fix the glitch.

Play Alberta is a shady outfit.

• Ok so I try to join Play Alberta. Before you can join they ask for ID in many forms. I sent a copy of my temporary drivers licence and a copy of a government pay stub that was current. They email back saying these 2 forms are not acceptable. There written on there web page as 2 of the forms of identification they want.So then I send a copy of my auto insurance and a copy of my actual drivers license. They also decline these 2 forms of id. which those are also listed as acceptable on there web page. Ok so I call them back and tell them I want my account closed and my forms of ID deleted. I believe there asking for more id for identity theft. It makes zero sense why there asking for more. Anyway I also wanted too share 2 quotes from the rules and regulations for online gaming/gambling in Canada. those 2 quotes are as such/ bots are legal/ software can legally be manipulated. So you cant call it rigged because the Candian government has made it legal to just take your money. Anyone in the world WOULD CALL THIS THEFT. Those quotes are 100% in the rules and regulations there extremely hard to find but there there. Good luck and I hope to have saved your wallet from being drained by our Government.

• Beware the GLITCH. I got it today. Its too late since you already made the deposit. You cant get your money back. Anyone playing July 18 2025 from 1230am to 2am got the glitch. Ask for a refund. It was unfair gameplay and all players should be refunded fully. Just ridiculous that this site can take money but doesnt function normally. • PlayAlberta has unfair policies. If there is a daily jackpot winner and you deposit you must lose. If a jackpot is won no matter where in the world its won you lose. If there is a big winner you lose. If they are working on the site you lose. Its completely unfair that you can deposit during these times because you will simply lose. Such an unfair practice. It could be for several hours or days. Imagine youre a player and you make a deposit of 1000 but you dont know someone just won a jackpot on any game you will lose that money. • Play Alberta is the most rigged gambling site there is! You can literally lose 15 hands in a row on blackjack.. How is that even possible... Do not waste your time and money on this game.. You WILL NOT win! The math does not add up percentage wise 🙄

Don’t bother

• First of all - bad customer service. Very slow with unclear ambiguous answers either they don’t care or reps are talking to 10 people at a time. Second of all you rarely win here. My bigeest withdrawal was 1000$ on a 100$ deposit and that was over a year ago by by the time they have gotten it all back 3 times over. BonusesRarely hit on slots and I mean really rarely and when they do they even more rarely pay more than what you’ve put in. • Thank goodness I never deposited money to get on the Oilers. I was mulling over to bet on the SC Finals Oilers outright win when I read the reviews of PlayAlberta. Yes it is true. If you deposit $1000.00 then you cannot ever get that deposit back it is theirs forever. You can withdraw the winnings however but you lose your deposit for good. They try and use some money laundering excuse which is baloney. Thank goodness I listened to the reviews. I immediately canceled my account and thanked my lucky stars. 100% rigged

• Whether its brick and motor or online Blackjack is my jam. So after a while I tend to notice things. Nuances minor discrepancies and the like. With Play Alberta none of that matters because its so obviously rigged.The only winning streak I ever enjoyed during the short time I play on their site was when I was using their phoney-baloney bonus dollars. But as soon as I read the TAC and learned that bonus dollars are basically anti-dollars and canceled the promotion the hands became unwinnable. • Placed a live bet early in a game of the world juniors and my team came back to win. Playalberta then cancelled the bet and provided no explanation. Multiple “tickets” opened and one online rep said they would escalate it to senior management. Nothing.Also the odds are considerably worse than other sites.

Then bang I can not use my debit card or any other card. a that was more than15 days ago still cant use the site asked them to close everything and of course they have not worried data is being sold by them now closing an account takes 5 mins but still no response from them. • This site is a joke if you win on a bonus say $1000 dollars you need to spend $10000 to cash it out they ban your bank card for no reason. Their customer service is horrible. There had been issues for the better part of this month and all of them were auto functions that have fed my account.
