Once good now awful

• This used to be a good online casino but the last couple of months has been absolutely awful. Its just take take take with next to no returns. Free spins now only pay out a few pounds at best meaning I can never actually be up on my deposit. It really has gone downhill and their spin of the day although advertised and recieveing multiple emails about the promotion are no longer there. Awful returns and promotions removed for me make me come the conclusion that pokerstars are a con. Much better casino/slots sites out there. • Yet another bleep casino who on a whim decides to block my account AFTER I DEPOSIT AND LOSE MONEY to demand SOW documents before i can continue play. Made worse by the fact i win a ticket for a massive poker tournement with 5million prize and now i cant enter.They are EXCEEDING GDPR by demanding a full bank statement in pdf format when there is simply no legal requirement for them to do this. • I went through the stressful verification process on my first withdrawal.Then Pokerstars software always freezes like a glitch compare to ladbrokes and mr green software Today the slot game had to images on top of each other and the game wasn’t reading no my winning lines properly even my 12 free spins i managed to get didnt pick up the winning lines. • Update: 04/05/22After previously writing a bad review of PS they finally came through with the promised free spins and won on a few bonuses too. • Dont touch this website. They have frozen my account before I have completed the welcome offers and they have about £9 of my money that I cant access.I have contacted them numerous times by email and facebook messenger but either get no reply at all or an automated message which is no use.

• Pokers Casino the Ontario site version I have been custom base from the beginning. I have always recommended them to everybody and today they were unable to pay me my $200 withdrawal a timely fashion. I contacted support about the delay and they said I must continue waiting up to 72 hours. I then played some more and more money and I tried to withdraw that and it said that because the first withdrawal wasn’t processed I’m unable to make another withdraw so I got help again and now they’ve closed my account no discussion about my money. I cannot write back to them. They say to use a contact form. It will not accept my images and nobody will get back to me as of now there is $412 there that I wish to be sent back to me email at once and nobody is getting back to me. I’ve been there from at least 5 to 7 years.
