Issue withdrawing funds

• I made a withdrawel of £90 to my Skrill account yesterday which are meant to be instant once the funds have been approved by power spins.. I contacted support reguarding this matter and was told that there was an uncommon error SKRILLS end and that theyll contact skrill themselves to get this sorted. 2days later i contacted and was told ill have to wait.. But what Im confused about is that if this apparent error is stopping my withdrawel to be processed it would also stop me being able to make a deposit via skrill to.. Unacceptable level of customer support

• Im a member of BGO who also run Powerspins. Received email from BGO encouraging me to sign up with Powerspins. Having a problem with sign up bonus - its large wagering requirements still in play when shouldnt be (affecting my later deposits). Very surprised they only offer email support and that Im still waiting 36hrs later for answer to email. No live chat or telephone support. • Got an email for a deposit £20 get a £60 bonus offer and took them up on it.I played a few different games and eventually my cash balance was down to 20p and it wouldnt let me do £1 spins (combining the cash & bonus to make £1) so I went on Starbust to stake the 20p - I load the game and get a pop up saying Id been awarded 50 spins so I clicked OK and the 50 spins spun.I won about £11 off of it so I exited Starbust and went to play the other slots because Starbust is a dreadful slot. Then I just keep getting insufficient funds messages despite the fact that I have £70+ in my bonus balance.Its ridiculous that a company in this day and age doesnt have live chat so I emailed them they gave a stock response.
