• I filed a civil court claim against this company for not paying out my winnings or refunding my deposit. Instead of responding to the court claim they emailed me a without prejudice offer of £1000 to settle outside of court—an attempt to play it safe without admitting any wrongdoing. If they believe they’re justified in withholding funds they should let the court decide rather than offering settlements that cannot be used against them in court.Rather than making low settlement offers they should either refund my deposit in full or respond to the court claim which is still awaiting their reply.To anyone else facing similar issues with unpaid winnings or withheld deposits I strongly encourage you to take legal action. Holding companies like this accountable may help stop them from unfairly taking people’s money.
