Great Range of Games.....but impossible to win

• This site has a multitude of games from various developers so there is something for everyone. However the RTP (return to player) is beyond minimal. I would only play here if you want to gamble with no real prospect of winning. Many other sites give you good game play for your money but I found here on multiple occasions that the spins were just endless losses.

Appalling service

• I am absolutely appalled at the service provided by this casino. Do not use!! Won £730 and received an email requesting documents for verification. Sent them in and have had no further communication. This was nearly 2 weeks ago. When you can speak to them on online chat which is rarely I am told to wait for an email. • Genuinely shocking and immoral. Deposited an awful lot of money and won very little but that is not my concern. I made 2 withdrawals for under £100 both came through almost immediately which was great. I was enjoying using the site and then I had another win this time £200 which strangely didn’t come through right away. I spoke to support who told me to wait 2 days for it to be processed. After 3 days I contact support and say I still haven’t received my funds and would really appreciate them hurrying it up as I need the funds. For some reason they view this as grounds to lock and exclude my account… I have sent approaching 20 emails asking for a reason as to why my account has been closed and when I am going to receive my withdrawal and they keep either ignoring my emails or saying someone will be in touch soon! • If you ever decide to use beatable or prospect hall. Don’t ever expect your money back. I can’t emphasise this enough. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!I won north of £800. So I requested withdrawals in 3 amounts. I accepted 48 pending time then at the end of that period. I was requested to submit verification documents which is was very careful to do. Waited another 48 hours. Nothing. THEN HERE COME THE REAL TRICK. As you only have live chat and email to contact them they have the capacity to be as ignorant as possible. Live chat nearly impossible to get on customer service operators are armed with generic responses and when the questions get too tricky they sign you out with “have a lovely day” with no one taking responsibility. So the other option is contacting by emails. Again they choose to ignore you when send an email. So what else can you do. There’s no contact phone number I will get my winnings paid if it is the last thing I do. One week later despite submitted verification documents and many emails requesting a status update I’m still being ignored. I have now got IBAS onto it. I’ll let you know the outcome

Decent Casino could use more slot providers

Not sure if its a good gambling site or not but avoid the opt in. I tried the roulette and the £100 bonus couldnt be used on that it could only be used on the slots. • Please stay well clear of this company. I debited onto the site decided after reading reviews I didnt want to play on the site so I didnt and 5 mins after depositing tried to withdraw. Shock it wouldnt let me do this. (even the fact I had not gambled anything). So they then ask me for ID. I sent 2 forms of ID including drivers license bank statement and which both match my details and address. Not only was that not enough they ask me to screenshot my PayPal account. Again even though very suspicious at this point did so as I wanted my money back.
