• Avoid at all costs games cut out constantly not allowing you a chance to win money and when you advise of issues I was told there was none but to add more money to take screenshots so they can see it happening I was a loyal player and never complained but it happened more than 10x in one game play. • Received an email a few days ago saying I had registered. I definitely have not. So assuming they are trying to scam or a scammer is using my email. Either way I went on their website (through a Google search) and when you try to reset the password (in case a scammer registered this account using my email) so that I could then delete the account - however it isn’t possible. It says it’s sending you a code to reset but they never do. So 100% scamming website. I just hope the scammer is out of pocket now based on the other reviews.

• Joined deposited £50 through bank transfer and lost no problem. Then I’ve added £150 again through bank transfer and it’s nowhere to be seen have been told it will appear in a few mins then within 24hrs. In my 15+ years of gambling I’ve never known a deposit to not be instant.Oh and on top of that the site crashes non-stop.Update: Deposit appeared on the account as declined and was told it would be returned to my bank within 48hr. 4 days later no money returned but £150 appeared in my Queenpay account.

They have replied to my emails saying my card has expired spoke to another agent who said my bank was declining my payment contacted my bank they did not decline any payment and my card had certainly not expired. They have no intention on paying you your money just lie to you. This is scamming company please do not deposit anything with them I have taken legal action and my bank are now involved in getting my money back from the robbing company.

• I wish I had read the reviews before putting money on this site. I played last night and got a feature up on one of the slots midway through it it froze so I spoke to their customer services and was told there was a technical problem and to play it again today. I logged back on today and it had still froze so spoke again to their customer services and was told they had referred it to their technical dept and will take between 10 and 20 days to deal with. Sounds like a scam site and hopefully will be shut down soon I have reported the site so don’t waste your money !
