Confusing limit system

• I’m completely confused I have a net deposit monthly limit. Usually this either resets every 30 days or on the first of each month. I started playing on this site on the 13th of feb on the website it stats that it’s monthly limit runs from the first of the month to the last day of the month. So I was surprised when I could not deposit on the 03rd of the month when I had not hit my limit in those three days. Support advised that it was in a 30 day reset so would be able to deposit on the 15th which was 30 days after my first deposit which made sense. Went to deposit today and couldn’t now am being told I can’t deposit until the 22nd as I hit my limit in the 20th of feb which means it’s 35 days from first deposit not 30 so confused as if I had hit my limit on the 20th of feb why was I still able to deposit untill the 03rd of march
