Possible scam

• Incentives to play extremely enticing. Invested $35 which did generate winning $321. Upon attempting to withdraw the request for documents was overwhelming. Bottom line no payout and web site now unavailable. SCAM

• Dont hope for instant payout or maybe even getting anything at all. Its been over a week and the status of my withdrawal request is still successful but not yet processed. I was fooled into trusting this casino because I tested to see if they actually pay with a small cash out of their minimum allowed which they processed next day. But then I won $200 and I guess thats too much money for them to pay out because Im on week 2 and still waiting. It doesnt make any sense because I have been verified deposited and withdrawn but remain in limbo as to when Ill see any of my winnings. Funny how no verification is needed to deposit is taken immediately but the standard waiting time to withdraw is up to 10 business days...two whole weeks to process that take merely minutes to complete! Apparently I have to wait til the end of the week to see if I get anything at all or if there will be other issues that arise at my expense. Dont play here unless you want to play this kind of sick game where they dangle your own money at you.

• I signed up and made a deposit because the bonus was good. Didnt hit anything. Depositing was easy. Got a $10 bonus the next day added to my account. Won big and tried cashing out $3000. My documents were refused. Every excuse from blurry to looks like they came from different documents. Contacted help and emailed my documents and was told id hear back in 24 hours. Nothing but silence. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!

• If I could give no stars I would! This place is a freaking joke! Deposit money but when you win they have every excuse to not give you your winnings!! Been trying to get my $320 Cashout for well over a month! Every time I reach out to their customer service they tell me they have no received my documents needed or that my back account isn’t funded enough to be able to get my winnings. • I submitted a crypto withdrawal on June 20 resubmitted on July 1 and it was approved on July 11. I was told it would take 7–10 business days. That deadline passed on July 25. ( TIME FRAME IS ALWAYS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS )I’ve contacted support multiple times. First they told me to check back in 24 hours. Now they just say it’s “processing” with no explanation. My documents are submitted and verified. I’ve been patient. There’s no reason this should take this long. • I won $260 and $100 on their games. I requested a withdrawl and never received it. I have tried their Help email address multiple times and have not gotten a response. Crooks!

• Right now I’m not seeing it as good casino. Was told 7 to 10 days for me to be approved now I was told it’s done on a case by case thing so when they get to my cashout then it will be approved then it will be another “7 to 10 days “ for them to possible cashe me out. Basically they said there not planning to give me my cash outs I did the instant cash with draw through bitcoin I don’t know what instant means to them apparently it means 168 hours which is up tomorrow will see how that plays out.

• I wish I had looked at the reviews before going on the website! I had winnings of $550.00. I put in for a withdrawal via wire transfer. They had me send all of my personal and banking information. The final excuse for not honoring their commitment was that it is a joint account. They had no problem withdrawing funds!! Scam. Be aware it is not worth the time and trouble to attempt to get your winnings. Which they have an excuse not to pay out anyway. Even after they said the verification and wire transfer was successful.

Even all this wasnt enough...now I have to open a different account. But tge account has to be open for 30 days with a min balance. There a complete rip off. Stay away!

• I have been playing for over year finally I hit big over 25000 and I could not get my money. Its easy to make a deposit but hard to withdraw.

• Played for an hour or so today and then requested a withdraw in the amount of $212. Upon requesting withdraw I was prompted to send $10 to my crypto wallet for “wallet verification” which I did and I was requested to perform identity verification as well which I did. Both were successful. However my $212 withdraw request was cancelled and two new withdraws were made on my behalf. One for $200 that says “manager withdraw” and one for $12 which says “coindraw withdraw” which is the method I requested for the full $212. Of course I am unable to get any kind of live support even though their website says they offer 24/7 live support- that’s false. I have emailed several times and no response has been given. I would stay away from this place as they basically stole $212 from me.
