SCAM ARTIST AND LIARS
- On Thursday the 13th of February i deposited a small amount of money using my Litecoin crypto wallet and began to play at Raging Bull. Keep in mind I was not using a coupon or a free chip or anything it was what they call real money deposit. I then went on to hit a $900 jackpot and then several more and actually got up to about $3700. I made a withdrawal for the maximum amount per week of $2500 and decided to chat with customer service just to make sure my documents were all in place. They transferred me to a VIP host who tells me Im sorry to inform you but I will be invalidating all of the money in your account because you had played a string of free tournaments and that is against our Casino rules so you can go ahead and play with that money but it will be just for fun! Wtf?! I said to him you dont know what youre talking about I made several real money deposits today and I might have played some back-to-back free tournaments at one point but no where does it say in your rules that if you do that someday down the road you could literally take a customers winning away from them. All he said was is there anything else I can help you with. I said here is my phone number call me immediately and his response was is there anything else I can help you with. I said I need to speak to your supervisor right now and his response was hes not in is there anything else I can help you with. The withdrawal has been sitting in their que for 5 days now and Im just waiting for the official word that it will not be going through because of these made up rules where theyre actually stealing my money. Bonus code via email from CIP guest services for $400 with a $8000 playthru so I played and ran it up to over $3000 before the play thru hit that gave me $500 after the play thru. I hit cashout while I was at $489.32 and recieved email they recieved the withdrawl and this morning withdrawl was approved by manager. I emailed to get status of withdrawl and they emailed me back saying it was denied because of non deposit when it clearly says no deposit required and they will decline the Bonus when you go to use one if not valid so I wasn’t worried because it let me use bonus and VIP department sent it via email. I want my $489.32 sent to my BTC address like they approved it for! I have been a member there for over 5 years and have played a lot even though withdrawls take 10 days. Please help me retrieve my funds!

Hoping to eventually get my withdrawal
- Have played here several times I’ve used bonus codes and free chips. I made a deposit won a decent amount went through all the play through & tried to cash out. Waited a few days for my bitcoin withdrawal & heard nothing so I live chatted in and they informed me they needed another copy of my drivers license with a high quality image showing all fours corners I was already verified but of course complied & using my I phone 16 ended up having to submit the copies of my license 4 times before they finally approved it . Now they are saying 7 -10 business days to get the funds approved and another 7-10 business days to send me the money. I am feeling these are all stalking tactics as I was already verified I sent in the other thing they asked me for which they accepted so why am I waiting 7-10 business days to be approved. I also got an email saying I was approved before I found out about them needing my DL. It’s $1800 which is a big deal to me & I just hope I actually receive it. I have had issues with most of the enclave login casinos so far. They will give you free chips and bonuses and despite depositing each time I have been told my winnings don’t count for one reason or another. Why give people free chips and bonuses if you don’t honor them. It seems to me that if it’s not allowed they shouldn’t allow you to do it on their site vs you thinking your good to go then having them tell you that you should have read through all the fine print. I would avoid using free play or bonuses on any of these sites and then still cross your fingers that you’ll eventually get paid. That’s what I’m doing.

- Im giving 3 stars for now because I see so many people that claim they havent been paid. Im currently trying to make a withdrawal myself but they dont accept a digital copy of ID and I dont have my physical copy at the moment i wish they accepted social security cards or digital ID but for now Im just kinda stuck for the moment. While they will pay you eventually you will have to verify with documents any time you win and then only AFTER verification its an additional 7-10 business days that your transaction will be APPROVED. Which who knows what that even means. And thats with bitcoin. So God only knows for anything else. Id only suggest them if you dont mind waiting a month to get your money.
