Sad how good this game could be

• It doesnt feel like a free game when it takes so much to level anything up and for someone who is new to the game and spent over $80 to still not have a legendary is crazy then pvp getting destroyed by someone with 100K less power makes no sense at all and pulling anything useful is a big struggle

• Bunch of greedy cheap *** owners. System is not random by any means and always give the cheapest awards they can possibly give. They advertise special summoning for heroes you will NEVER get!!! Make everything so impossible to get without spending a BUTT load of money!And their arena is the worst part of the game. They do NOT know how to rate!!! You will be beaten by people who are 100000 or more less than you!!!!!!!!!!In all this game is a JOKE and hope people stop giving them money. Should be boycotted until they change their ways!!!

Not very Free-to-Play

• Played for best part of a year or-so. And I didnt think that the game was bad for a F2P player. That was until recently where the monetisation is just so predatory. I dont want to play anymore. Im basically stuck unless I gamble. Not what I signed up for. Screw you youtube ads.

• What went wrong THIS time? Well the same thing that always goes wrong: a player with 30000 points should never ever win a battle over another player with 130000 points. Thats just silly and turns off your dedicated players. Making us choose other games.

Game was fun when i started but the level of listening to customers complaints and in house service easily puts this free to play game in a different class than alot. About a year in to playing

• Bro this game will take take take from you and give nothing in return don’t be surprised when you spend £50 on 60 blue shards and you get zero void champs or legendary champs!! Don’t be surprised when you buy 10 Lego shards and get zero legendary! Just spent one £130 to win the Raphael in the Halloween chase and it was a ficking avatar for your profile!! This game is a money pit and the good champs are far from accessible! Any content creator is giving their in game items for free please people don’t play this scammy game

Lost all my shards and my legendary void and they wouldnt do anything about it. NOT the first time Ive lost everything!

• I went on to my account and all my shards that I have been saving up for the leo event were gone. Then my legendary 6 star void and he is what has been getting me farther in the game was also gone. I emailed plarium and we have emailed back and forth all week and they said that I must have used it for food. There is no way I can use him for food he is a 6 star. They should know this it is thier game! They wont get me back my void or my shards. I am falling behind in the game now without my charachter and now I have no chance to get leo. I have been playing this game for 6 years and I have had to restart the game twice already because they have wiped my account clean and now they have done it again.

I have played since 2017 no more

• I have played since 2017 and their promo codes barely worked for me. now i feel like a real slap in the face with how they make it impossible to get most TMNT characters unless you have thousands of dollars to sink. even then you have limited chances of getting what you want. I have zero chances of getting April games should be fun and hassle free. not getting 5 adds to buy over-priced deals that i refuse to get. The free primal shard i got from the Michelangelo ladder dropped me a stupid blue character. Anything above purple shouldnt give blue crap serious ripoff there. Legendary shards have been very useless whenever I did get some. I noticed they increased the price of silver for upgrading but removed cost for removing artifacts so really nothing changed. Im definitely done with this wallet war cheaters game. My main team in arena sometimes get theie butt whiped by power level 40k-100k even though i have over 220k. Numbers mean nothing if you can buy the skill books and upgrades for armor which not everyone can. I call that unfair gaming greedy bullshit.

• They advertise to do 2 factor authentication but they dont tell you that if you get a new device than you cant get back into your account bcuz of 2fa. Than support ask you a dumb as question like when you installed game date. Who the heck knows that. I been playing the game for over 4 years I dont know.

I have played this game about 6 yearsbbye…

• I have played this game about 6 years and I have enjoyed it but they have finally made me want to quit. The latest TMNT champions came out and you literally have to get every fragment offered to get the Donnie character. Well thats impossible without paying. Even when you pay you dont get your moneys worth. This game has gone downhill and Im done. I would give a lower rating than one if that was possible. Even when i finish all milestones and top in a tournament I cannot be successful in obtaining the top champs. You have gotten the last of my money Im not impressed.

The complaints seem to be 1) Its greedy and all about microtransactions.Its all optional you can play free as I have done for years and have been very successful. Dont cry about things you dont need to partake in but many want to2) Its boringThen dont play it I find CoD boring so guess what I dont play it3) I dont get the characters I wantIts luck based like anything else sour grapes and childish tears says more about you than the gameIve played it for years its addictive its fun its a neat game to work gradually at building your guys up.Its flawed its grindy but for what it is I really quite like it. And remember this is a free game so why are your expectations so high. You dont need to pay to win if youre finding you do then maybe youre just not very good at it and should consult an online guide or something.

• a game owned by greedy and insensitive people who have the nerve to force us to open an ad every time we click! how much is enough for such individuals? a game targeted at 10-12 year olds monetized to the max....shame!

Its all about the money

• Most frustrating thing? the game could be good. There is notthing revolutionary grinding could be good you can as free to play after a lot of work reach the point were you clear the basic content and even some advanced content like Hydra. The comunity is great there are lots of content creator who also love the game (but who aslo have to rant every damn new event cose of Plariums strategy). Al that said be prepared to get frustrated a lot. When u summon u have a mercy system that isnt merciful at all be ready to close offer windows every time u come back on your home screen. Tons of champs are useless; you can even pull a legendary and he can be worse than a mediocre rare champion. And dont expect to pull legendaries every 2 weeks ... Im not F2P i actually spent a good chunk of money in this game (not from Plariums point of view) and still there are days when I cannot even finish my daily quest. Especially Live arena as a new player you can find yourself fighting vs a max account player full of mythical champs (lets not talk about myths ...). I have 10 arena tokens in a day and I cant beat 3 of them ... . At the beginning of the game PVE tournaments may appear accessible but after reaching level 30/40 you will see that they are nothing but a money race. Then you reach contents where you are forced to have a really large ammount of champions (like cursed city). So dont excpect to need just a pull of 20/30 champs ... good lord no. So you gonna need a lot of good champs a low chance to pull them from shard (sometimse there are fusion ... but you really need to work hard or spent for those too) and then you have to farm so much to build them (especially books if we talk about legendary ... and myth). The game is so time-consuming that it makes this review a quick note. Aint no game its a full-time job. Plariums main objective is to make your life so miserable at some point that you will give up or you will spend your money. There are so many things to tell the dracogate the fact that you can reach max relic even if you spend thousands of dollars. Two advice from my side. 1 watch videos from major content creators from raid and make your own idea (Hellhades Ash Raid etc.). 2. One of the content creators (Hellhades) was so frustrated with this game that he started his own game. Name is Godforge alpha is on its way worth a look. Looks like a similar game but probably with more love for the game itself and not for the money ....

The game is garbage

• The game is garbage. Customer service sucks. You have to summon 200 times in order for the Mercy system to kick in to give you 1 of over 300 legendary champions that chances are you DONT want. They claim that you can play for free but the rewards you get are horrible AND if you want to delete your account you have to give them a laundry list of things like your username when you started the account the country and PROOF OF YOUR LAST 3 IN GAME PURCHASES. Please save yourselves the headachefrustrations time and money and play something else because I promise it isnt worth it.

I’ve literally spent $1000 or more on the game in the last six years that I’ve been playing and I have never been more disappointed about something than I am about what you receive from the game. It’s almost like the more money you spend the worst items you get on top of that the customer service is absolutely horrible. If someone continuously spends money on your app and you basically treat them like garbage it makes them not want to even interact with the game I might still play it but I will never spend another penny on this app. You need to learn how to treat your customers better or you won’t have people spending money on the app me myself I’m done tonight was the last time I ever purchased anything off your app and I will never do it again. It’s not worth it.
