- Lovely hang out spot for friends. I went to the Harlow branch and got served by Gabby she was super friendly and helpful! We played darts and pool really fun Saturday afternoon!

Awful food & very rude staff
- Went for a few hours expecting good things but genuinely it was horrendous firstly the staff are so rude there! Itâs absolutely laughable that you have to be a member to even buy a drink anyone without a smart phone donât even bother.. my friend couldnât order food off my membership as he had to make one himself? When a friend joked to the staff member whether or not she was on commision we were told â if you donât like it leaveâ . The food was over priced and wasnât enjoyable at all.. the staff and food ruined what wouldâve been a pleasurable experience.

- Callum sorted our Christmas party out so we could all play together as a group of 16. Callum offered us more time on tables but we went on to play darts His team were really attentive and provided excellent drinks service! Love Rileys Chorlton!

Day ruined by alarm and poor organisation
- Family travelled from different areas of the north west to spend the day celebrating my dads (grandad) recent operation which means he can get out and about a bit more at Rileyâs in Chester. Dadâs disabled and has hearing aides. After an hour the fire alarm sounded constantly for about 45 minutes. Dad really struggled and had to go outside take his hearing aides out and itâs pretty much ruined the day. The team at Rileyâs did all they could to try and help but it was out of their control really. The alarm continued and continued and finally went off. Itâs a real shame it ruined our big day. As I say - staff were great but this should not have been such a big problem to fix.

I am the captain of 1 pool team whichâŚ
- I am the captain of 1 pool team which have now changed venues to Rileyâs Cardiff the manager and staff are very helpful polite and obliging the table are excellent and kept in good order. Which is what you need to play 1st division pool. There are now 3 1st division teams playing from there which goes to show how good this venue is. I would recommend any team to play from Rileyâs Cardiff.

Donât bother
- Absolutely ridiculous experience. A poor manâs flight club. Thereâs no going to the bar & just ordering. You have to stand there and faff for a good 10 minutes and every single member has to sign or you donât get any drinks food etc. rubbish experience & a rubbish place.

Awful customer service
- This is a review of Riley customer services at enquiries at rileys.co.uk. I sent 5 short and polite emails over the course of 1 month to ask about vouchers I had been sent that were not working. I got no reply at all. I couldnt find any email to help resolve the problem so resorted to Twitter/X and that didnt work either. I am a loyal customer who spends a lot of money in my local club so its frustrating to be treated badly.

Great evening
- Went into Rileys Benfleet on Tuesday night due to not being able to get a table in our usual club and what a great night. Decent tables nice atmosphere the two ladies working behind the bar were very helpful and knowledgeable âŚâŚ will def be back.

- Had a great experience at this venue in May 2022... was here for a stag party the bar staff Erica and Diane were extremely friendly happy and professional even though a member of staff down and under pressure from a 25+ strong party... excellent well done would definately visit again

No point in booking online..
- Booked a particular table via the website as it is the least damaged and most level table. Upon arrival I get told that I have been moved to a different table (one with a big tear in the cloth) I asked to be moved to a different table upstairs as I refused to play on a table that damaged. The table had been given to someone else (Iâm assuming a regular) who was only just taking off the cover so it wasnât like someone was already playing on it.Very disappointing service as booking online is effectively pointless because it doesnât matter what table you book when it can just be given to regulars with zero notice very poor show..The table I ended up playing on had lots of little grazes all over the cloth and made the path of the balls unreliable at a slower pace.If you book a particular table you should be given that table and the English pool tables need reclothing and re-levelling to make them worth the ÂŁ10.90ph price tag.

Great place
- Me and my fiancĂŠe frequent Rileyâs in Lincoln to play pool and darts we really like the place staff are always friendly place is always clean and tidy and the pool tables and dart boards are all in good condition.My only negative would be some of the people you get in there at the weekend itâs not the fault of Rileyâs but some people just need to be asked to leave loud drunk and some of them just ask for trouble.All in all though still a great place.

Terrible communication
- Booked a table at chorlton online and paid for 2 hours of play when arrived by taxi we were told we couldnt be let in as there was 3 of us. There was no warning of this on the website and what the current rules are due to the current situation. I asked about a refund to which I was told to just get in touch with head office. No help with a number or email address.

- Organised a pool tournament as part of a stag do Rileys in Bristol were more than happy to help. Booked us several tables (6 people per table) for free as long as we were drinking! Fine with us being in fancy dress and let us use the tables for an hour longer than we originally booked for! Awesome!

Great Atmosphere and great service
- Scott was awesome Offered us the P&Qs deal which we have not had before venue is great and service was outstanding Table service great food and Scott was just on point all night even down to offering us a promo session on darts after the pool to keep us playing. Great experience and awesome atmosphere becoming a really good venue to watch sport and play some pool.

Brilliant guest experience! (Chorlton venue)
- Last night I visited Rileys in chorlton for the first time and I had a great experience! The staff member who I believe was named Derick was incredibly friendly and informative when helping me with my membership. He certainly knows what hes doing and added a personalised touch with his sense of humour making it a really great guest experience from the start!
