• Love this site! Have played on quite a few casino sites and this one isnt bad at all. There is a lot to choose from at the game library. Money vanishes snd they cannot be contacted.

• Opened an account. Deposited money through instadebit which is instant. No money in my roxy palace account. Tried to contact them. Chat is down every phone number listed doesn’t work emailed several times s as no no response. They say that they pride themselves on being accessible 24/7 but that’s not true. I am still hoping instadebit snd Malta gaming authority will investigate further. I wouldn’t sign up if you’re considering it.

decent casino site

• There are loads of online casinos available for British players but I think Roxy Palace is one of the better ones. I only became aware of them in the last few months but apparently theyve been around for ages - Im told therere big on the continent. Im mostly a blackjack player and I really like playing at the live casino they have.

Its a good choice for UK overall

• I have played at Roxy for a few years and its always been ok but recently they started a big marketing drive that meant I received loads of email which was a bit annoying. That was shortly before they were acquired by 32Red and it seems to have slowed down now. They offer only MicroGaming slots so I do play at other places but my experience of Roxy is that they are a professional operation who take customers seriously and they do abide by a code of good practice which means payments and so on are hassle free. I signed up through one of the free spins offers they promote on UK Casino Awards and the spins were quite high value not like lots of the Netent deals which are 1p a spin. Overall worth a look for sure.

• This is a great casino the graphiics & sound on the games are awesome (although I expect this from a microgaming casino!) Payouts were good and depositing/withdrawing went down without a hitch - all of the above would give them a 4/5 but irs their girls on live chat that really make this place work. Im a bit fussy with good customer service but these guys get full marks for that alone - I got all the help I needed even in the small hours of the morning. Appalling customer service

• We all know that these sites promote bonuses and if you accept then you cant withdraw winnings until youve gambled a certain amount. Fine standard practice. However RoxyPalace goes a step further and doesnt give you a choice about whether to accept the bonus. Youre compelled to gamble - surely in breach of some sort of legislation? I didnt dip below my initial deposit so didnt use the bonus. Still couldnt withdraw. To add to that their customer service (at least the lady I spoke to) was appalling - rude and abrupt.

• Roxy Palace certainly deserves a compliment. A great casino very easy to navigate on their website and when I had a question customer service was very helpful and friendly. I would certainly advise anyone to try it out!

Con artists

• Deposited money did not ask for or sign up for bonus. Won a bit from my deposit so went to withdraw. Told I needed to deposit with a credit card or email photo Id? ????? Email photo Id and tried to withdraw. Couldnt as had no met wagering requirements for bonus what freaking bonus I did not want one. Emailed CS and they stripped my of bonus and winnings leaving just my initial deposit. Withdrawn and left. Beware they are con artists.

• every time theres an email or notification in your promo page of free money with no deposit all the links dont work...it just takes you in circles...when you contact support (via live help which they dont offer links that work to that either) they ask for the original email or a screen shot which is always impossible because by then its expired....its always a scam...roxy is just a scam

Roxypalace stole $250 from me!!!

• Deposited $250 on a Friday morning at Roxypalace using Instadebit but the money magically just never showed up in the casino account. And they told me “the attempted deposit didn’t go through and payment dapartment is not open until Monday” so I have to wait until then for someone to look into the issue (wait that long to have it looked into not fixed just looked into!)And they claim the “attempted” deposit failed even though the transaction is showing in the history on both Roxypalace and Instadebit accounts. So i messaged Roxypalace saying credit my deposit or refund my money now. And they just ignore me.. SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS CASINO!

This is not the worst casino out there

• This is not the worst casino out there. But Roxy Palace will never be one of the greats. They are new kids on the block but they have got so many things wrong. Your initial deposit is added to the free bonus if you want it or not and youre 35 X wagering reqirement for cashout also applies to your deposit. This effectively means that you have to spend weeks if not months to get your deposit back no matter how much it is. This is very bad business practice and will destroy their reputation

• I decided to check out roxy palace after I saw the TV advert. I didnt have any expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice easy site to use and had some great games. Mega Moolah is my favourite.

• This casino used to be one of my favourites because the match up bonuses were decent enough...not 10% wins were good..i was usually lucky enough to bank decent amounts and scatters/features during game play was frequent. Im not sure what has happened to this casino but the match up bonuses are awful winning is impossible and scatters during game play is virtually non existant. I havent had a decent win in over a year. Not impressed. Not sure i will be playing here again. Waste of money and time when there are too many other better casinos out there. Im a loyal customer but not when the casino just takes all the time and not give...all they will say is our games are checked by the gambling commission and that its all about luck which is rubbish because law of averages says that over a years worth of deposits should of given a bit of a good return but it hasnt. SCAM

• Such a terrible casino. Their “bonus “ screwed me over . I didn’t even want the bonus then when I wanted to cash out I couldn’t and was told I had to keep playing In order to be able to take out my winnings. Well funny thing about continuously playing baccarat is in the end you always lose. You have to get out when your up and doing really well. This resulted in me losing my winnings and completely ruining my experience with this casino. I will never be back. And would not recommend .
