$2500 withdrawal request delayed since 12/3/2024

• Requested a withdrawal on December 3 2024. Recieved and email stating that my withdrawal request had been recoeved. I reached out to my VIP host to confirm no further account verification was necessary I. Which the host verified my account was good to go. I recieved a followup email that confirmed my funds were on the way. I waited the 7-10 days according to the terms and conditions and received nothing. I reached out to the VIP host again on December 19th who then stated that my account needed to be verified and that I needed to submit a current bank statement. I provided the bank statement and immediately received a call from the VIP host who stated that my withdrawal was immediately approved however due to the holidays there may be a delay in payment so I would need to wait the 7-10 day waiting period again.
